Best hotel and service that we received during our trip in Italy. Let’s start with location … perfect! Central to everything you need to see in Cinque Terre. We booked standard room and without requesting it, they upgraded us to a wonderful king superior suite. Rooms are bright, modern/contemporary and burst with sunlight. Every space inside the hotel is clearly maintained with great care. The Breakfast was very good, high quality of product and variety. Even though we were near city center, our room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic. They gave us great recommendations and allowed us to check out very late on travel day. Overall great experience!

It was one of those stays where you simply stop looking for flaws

Nicest accommodation we have had in Italy. Beautiful room and excellent service which can't find in Italy but all your hotel team did it in a very great great way!! The staff were super helpful and accommodating and friendly. Clearly they understand service with a smile. This is a prime location if you are planning to visit the Cinque Terre by boat or train, or private car and despite it's great location close to the train station, it was the quietest room with the most comfortable beds and room temperature. The air conditioning was working well. The WiFi was incredibly fast, which made it easy to work and stream without any issues. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it every time.

It’s rare to have nothing to point out, but this place truly deserves only praise. Hard to find a flaw -Every detail was carefully thought out.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights as a base to explore Cinque Terre. Best decision! It’s very close to the train station; about a one minute walk. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. We had a newly renovated “Deluxe” room, equipped with all the necessary comforts. Reception staff are well dressed, polite, friendly, very professional and very helpful with advice and recommendations. The owner Michel with his keen eye always looking to improve and make your stay most memorable. Breakfast was plentiful. There was a great selection and something for everyone! We would absolutely recommend this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!

We spent five nights at the Cinque Terre Gateway in La Spezia. Our beautiful newly updated suite was immaculate and incredibly comfortable! The hotel location, just down the street from the train station, is situated perfectly for visiting Cinque Terre. We enjoyed the full breakfast which was included with our room. Front desk staff was very helpful and very knowledgable about the area. We got a restaurant recommendation that was excellent. I didn't hear any noise from the train station, and we had the window open at night. We had no problem getting Wi-Fi in the room. I liked it just fine, and I'm picky!

I'm absolutely delighted with my stay at this accommodation. I chose this location to explore Cinque Terre. The property is conveniently located just 1-2 minutes from the station. The inviting atmosphere has provided me with a wonderful sense of comfort; my room is spacious and cozy, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly. The two-bedroom suite features a generous bathroom and dressing area, which adds to the overall experience. We took a deal with breakfast and there was a sumptuous spread for the two nights that we stayed. Additionally, the prime location allows for easy returns to rest between visits to the five attractions. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

I’d advise anyone that wants to explore Cinque Terre to stay here. It’s literally a one or two minute walk from train station. It’s not in a bad part of town like most hotels by train stations. La Spezia is a nice town to walk around and to have dinner in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good as well, offering an excellent buffet selection of delicious-looking fare. The hotel staff was wonderful, mainly thanks to Michele at the front desk. He was extremely helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay.

Our 4 day stay at this hotel in La Spezia was excellent . We had a double room on the 3rd floor with a lovely view to the surrounding hills. It was very quiet. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortably furnished. The bathroom had all amenities and a good shower. We looked forward to the delicious buffet breakfast daily, which was included in the in the rate. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk across from the railway station and a perfect place to stay when visiting the Cinque Terre. All hotel staff were gracious and helpful, with a good command of English and were patient with my attempts at basic Italian. La Spezia itself is a picturesque sea port town and well worth spending time to explore and appreciate. We were glad to have stayed here, rather than in any of the Cinque Terre villages.

The room was very pretty with a nice view. It’s in the middle of the center and it was so easy to park the car close by. It’s perfect location to explore Cinque terre The hosts are the sweetest people! So friendly. They made us feel so welcome! We were a bit lost to get to the hotel and she was helping us so well she even picked us up! Contact through WhatsApp is fast and efficient Lots of restaurants close by, vibrant city, nice port. Fun to walk around. Close to train station. I would totally recommend this accommodation. You won’t regret it!

Situated just minutes from the central station this hotel was ideally located for exploring the local area and cinque terre. Our room was super modern, comfortable, very clean and had great AC. The wifi was the best of any hotel I stayed in over two weeks in Italy. We also had spectacular views of the city! The breakfast selection was beautiful. Great pastries, cheese and meats. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with information. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Cinque Terre.

Conveniently located a short stroll from the La Spezia station and restaurant area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel overall seemed pretty modern. The room was clean, bright, spacious with an opening window for fresh air. A special mention to the Wi-Fi, which was really fast—perhaps the fastest of all the hotels in Italy during my trip. The bathroom was very large compared to the standards of Italian hotels with a very good shower. Breakfast area is gorgeous with a lovely selection. Would highly recommend.
