Nice hotel in a very good position for using the trains every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was good quality.

Because it is close to the railway, there is constantly noise from the trains - if you want the location you have to accept the noise too! Also music from neighbouring restaurants and bars could be heard clearly even when windows were closed. Something to be aware of but not enough to spoil my stay

Everything. The ladies were super nice and helpful. They also have room to leave your bags which is very nice. Will comeback again to this hotel if I go to La spezia again.

the washroom had a bit funky smell but it wasn't bad at all. Just close the door and it was fine. It was very clean. The front desk only til 10 I think. So, after that no front desk, It was a bit down with it but I stayed only 1 night.

Everything! Perfect location. It is within walking distance to train station, supermarket, ferry port, shops and restaurants. Train station is within sight from the hotel entrance. Breakfast is plentiful with croissant, cake, yoghurt, coffee, juice, and choice of biscuits. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sylvia who gave us good recommendation and directions. Strongly recommend!

The location of the hotel just perfect! A few minutes walk from Central Station. And very close to city center, shops and restaurants. Hotel really clean and every day cleaning service. The Ladies in reception very kind and helpful. Soon I will back there!

The location of this hotel is perfect, just down the street from La Spezia Centrale. The place is quiet, and has a comfortable lounge.

The front desk is manned only from 08:30 to 20:30. They will give you a code to unlock the front door at other times; don't lose it! (As I did, my first night.)

What a pleasure it was to stay in this exceptionally clean and perfectly located hotel!. My room was for a single person but it was a good size and the new bathroom was quite large. The staff at this hotel were very accessible, helpful, and kind. Usually one is unsure about staying so close to a train station but I can assure you that in this case it was no issue. In fact it is a very short two minute walk to the hotel which is a great advantage. You come out of the station in La Spezia, turn left and walk down the street. There you are. It might be less than two minutes walking there. Also, my lovely little room was on the top floor and even though I could see the trains i couldn't hear any noise. This is a real gem of a find, especially if you don't have lots of time to spend in the area. Plus, did I mention that it is immaculately clean? Comes with an Italian breakfast too, if you eat sweet things in the morning ( which I don't but the coffee was wonderful). Would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I can say in this section is that I wished the fabulous shower had a soap dish or caddy.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and this is it's main advantage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and overall the conditions are good in order to enjoy your stay.

The rooms are rather small and the breakfast is poor in options and the products served are not of good quality.

Great location if you are visiting Cinque Terre. It’s a two minute walk from the train station. Simple hotel with the basic necessities. Very nice staff!

The doors are not sound proof, so you can hear people talking on the hallway and doors opening in the morning. If you are a light sleeper that could be a problem.

Great location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Super close to the Train station. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast and could hold your baggage during desk opening hours. Clean rooms and hotel.

The door from the room and the hallway was very thin so you could easily hear people talking and making noise through the doors. Wifi in the lobby was good but inside the rooms was very unstable and slow.

Location close to the station was very convenient to travel to cinque Terre . Italian Breakfast was a bonus . It was not exceptional but adequate as it was complimentary.

It would be better in there were more toiletries - like body lotion , tissues .
