The space was bigger then expected and perfect for a solo traveller. It would also be great for couples. The roof top terrace was lovely for both morning breakfast and dinner/gelato to watching the sunset. Sandra was an amazing host and made me feel super welcome and safe. It is in the old town of lecce so I felt super safe walking at night and close to everything! bed comfortable and linen fresh.

nothing everything was great. however there are a fair few stairs to the rooms so just be aware that people may find it an issue however it was not for me.

Sandra was the perfect host, always bright and happy to help at any time. The bedroom was large with a good size bathroom and spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast on the upper floor terrace, and so much to choose from with different pastries each day. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants and cafes and all the main attractions of Lecce.

Absolutely nothing, a great place to stay.

This is one of the best places that we stayed as B&B goes. It is supper clean, renovated. It has big shower that unusual in Italy. It is only has 3 units that share top floor terrace with beautiful view on old Town. It is very quiet even it is in the center. Owner is very helpful. Communication very easy and all questions answered very quick and were very helpful. We asked for restorants, bus schedules and all texted with links and comments. Best place and owner. If we knew that this was so good we would stay longer but we already had plans.

It is on 3rd floor and for some people could be an issue. For us not a problem.

Sandra made our stay very pleasant. She guided us to free parking spots, facilitated an early check-in (11am) and gave plenty of helpful recommendations about the city (e.g. restaurants, bars, beaches). Room has all you need, it even includes an own coffee machine and snacks. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and also functions well as area to work and read.

Breakfast is very comprehensive. However, in terms of healthy options it could be improved (e.g. oatmeal, nuts, natural yoghurt).

The breakfast was very good. Sandra asked about our preferences and provided accordingly. Location was excellent and the room was very clean. Sandra was an exceptional host. She made us feel very welcome and at home. She was very helpful in arranging a transfer from the Brindisi airport and also provided space for us to store our luggage after check out as we went to the beach that afternoon. This stay was a very good value.

Everything was great!

We loved staying here! absolutely amazing location, so easy to get around and close to all the main highlights. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. Sandra was the most kind, helpful, accommodating host! We loved our breakfasts on the roof top and wish we had more time in Lecce! Thank you so much!!!

This B&B is brilliant. Perfect location, everything was spotlessly clean, in working order, breakfast every morning was delicious, and our host couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to anybody.

Location - 3 minutes from Santa Croce but in a quiet vicolo/corte. The rooftop terrace with great views of the city, plants, kitchenette facilities, tables etc. Free coffee. Room was clean, well equipped, had nice furniture. Air conditioning. Sandra was nice, helpful and responsive.

Only potential downside: Must be able to climb several flights of stairs.
