The host Nicoletta is very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, she provided me with very helpful trip tips for the best route exploring the town in a day, as well as recommendations on the best restaurants in Lecce. Regarding the rooms, this place is one of the best BnBs I’ve stayed - it’s very spacey and bright. Outside the room, there’s a very beautiful backyard where I can see that it’s well-cared by the owner with beautiful cacti and plants. What I like the most about the garden are the cute and friendly tortoises living in the garden. I had a cosy and fun time here.

The light in hall is difficult because others turn it on and there is some glass at the room door, so the light leaks in if others don’t shut the light. I believe Booking.com needs to be more clear about parking. There is not parking. There is only parking on the street and a paid lot 10 min away. Booking out a “P” on the listing which is deceiving. If you’re accustomed to city parking it isn’t a big deal. Other than that, everything was great and Mariapia was very sweet and attentive. She also sent me good restaurant recs.

We opted for the Super Fico room, which is very quiet and has access to a ground level terrace. The terrace was perfect for storing our bicycles and the host was very accommodating and allowed us to store our bikes and luggage until the evening after check out so we could take a later train. The bed and breakfast is just 10 minutes from the train station. There is a common area for hanging out in, with tables, games and books. The bed and breakfast is a 5 minute was to Porta Rudiae and then you are in the old town, with pedestrian streets, old buildings and lots to discover. The room is large and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable of any we had on our trip in Puglia in two weeks.

Bnb Fico was a great place to stay - very clean, comfortable rooms. The bnb is placed a walking distance to Lecce Centro, where you can enjoy a lot of options for your breakfasts and dinners. Elisa was very helpful and supportive, checking on us whether all is good and giving us a lot of recommendations for cafes and restaurants. We totally can recommend Bnb Fico! :) If you plan to come by car - dont worry about the parking space as in front of the building there is always this one spot available and for free :) during our 4 nights stay we always were able to park in front of the house.

This is a great accommodation for visiting Lecce. Location-wise, it is about equal distance to the train station and to the historic centre of Lecce (under 10 mins both ways), so it is perfect both for visiting Lecce and for using Lecce as a base for daytrips around the area. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the whole room and bathroom were kept clean (with housekeeping services provided everyday, and refreshments and bottled water also provided). Nicoletta was also very helpful at arrival and gave some great tips for visiting Lecce. All in all, I would very happily stay here again!

The host was very welcoming of us and available even before we arrived. It was so helpful and you know that Nicoletta really loves her building and making her guests comfortable. Many details of high quality in the design and decorations added comfort and delight for your stay. Her tips for our stay were so helpful. We have already recommended the accommodation to a friend.

Everything was excellent!

This was the highlight of our holidays. Everything is this Bnb is designed for comfort and decorated with care and great taste. the bed sheets and mattress were very soft and comfortable. we also really loved the open and spacious shower covered in mosaic and the little breakfast corner. We had a direct access to the wonderful terrace from our room, and it was only 10min walk from the old center of Lecce. Its wonderful to see old picture of the building and realize how well they renovated the place, it’s a really really charming building with lots of character. The hosts are very nice and communicative, we could not have a better experience!!

Perfect location for visiting the old town (2 minute walk to one of the gates). Very quiet, cool and comfortable in the summer. Nicoletta was very easy to communicate with and even upgraded us to a better room as it was available. There was plenty of free street parking nearby.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting beautiful Lecce.

Loved the spaceous, beautifully decorated cool room. Nicoletta arranged a taxi to collect us from the station and everthing was easy and organised. We were able to use the fridge for waters etc and had a lovely breakfast in the courtyard off our bedroom prepared by Nicoletta who was an exceptional host!

Nicolette is the perfect host, from restaurant suggestions (excellent fish restaurant recommendation) to a free upgrade! There’s a beautiful terrace, which leads from your suite, impeccably clean seating area with delightful flora and fauna - home to 3 tortoises! The shared kitchen has everything you need and throughout tasteful contemporary pieces. The apt is very close to the ancient city wall and free parking in the street was never a problem (visited in May) Thank you so much for a marvellous stay 🙏
