Breakfast was ample and the host made a real effort to bake and make cappuccinos. The location was great, mid-distance between the train station and the historic centre of Lecce. The room was attractive and the bathroom very well furnished. The owners had a few power problems while we were there (as did the town) so we can't rate the internet or hot water. There was a charming garden complete with cats! The owners were very accommodating.

The room was cute but the power shutters over windows looking out onto the garden closed out all the light and view when closed and we felt imprisoned. There was an exceedingly strong smell of room deodorizer when we arrived which didn't totally go away during our three night visit. The pillows were somewhat hard. The breakfast was ample but we are not accustomed to eating (tasty) sweet cakes for breakfast and there were no other options except some rather leftover corn flakes, no toast, croissants or eggs.

The staff was very nice and helpful, supportive in case of issues and providing great advices for visites, restaurants and city facilities

there was no hot water the 1st night when we arrived due to an issue with the pipe but all was solved the day after, the staff did all what they could to solve the issue, they were great. The cleaning lady pushed a bit to clean our room the 2nd day whereas we didn’t want to and we had to leave the room to allow her to do… fine… so we expected her to change the bath sheets by putting them on the floor of the bathroom but finally she didn’t change the bath sheets we have put on the floor she just hang them again…

The hotel is very well located. Only one minute walk from the center of the city, it is a great place with a nice garden and very nice hosts. They helped us around and were very welcoming. The Hotel room was great and spacious, we were lucky to have had a small suite with a balcony and access to the back garden. the mini bar prices are very reasonable especially that there is no free coffee or water in the room. Highly recommended place.

This property was lovely. The garden is peaceful and feels isolated even though it is in the city. It is a short walk into historic Lecce. We paid to park our rental car inside their gates but you can park free on the street. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a refrigerator. Breakfast was very nice. We ate outside. Michaela and Martina were perfect hosts. Martina is a wonderful baker. Her fresh pastries were a delight. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Excellent stay! Michele and Martina are wonderful hosts, kind and helpful. Rooms are very big, super comfortable bed, amazing breakfast to enjoy in the garden. And close to the Center (10mn walk) while being in a very quiet location. I highly recommend !

If I have to find something to improve, the shower could be a little bigger. But that’s really the only thing ;)

Martina and Michele made us very welcome in their stylish B&B. They directed us to the best restaurant, allowed us to stay in the garden after checkout, prepared capuccinos for us and were generally simply very very nice! The room we got was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a buffett with tasty cakes, cornflakes, bruscetta, yoghurt, lots of fruit,……yummy! The B&B is very close to the old town, the cathedral is less than 10 minutes walk away. Make sure to also enjoy some chill time in the beautifuy maintained garden!

Great location, just few minutes from the amazing small streets of the town, very sweet room, perfect for two people. The host was really welcoming, helping and easy to communicate. The breakfast was more than we expected.

It was a little cold in the room, we never found the remote for the air conditioning. But it was in the evening and honestly we did not wanted to bother anyone with questions.

The location is a walking distance to the centre, rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

It would be great if there was a free parking and if breakfast included some options that are not bakery and meat (eggs, salad, gluten free granola..)

Great location only a few minutes walk to center ; parking space available for a fee which was appreciated as several evenings we were unable to find a place on the street. Great breakfast, not just the typical Italian sweet fare. Breakfast served in big garden which was really lovely. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Gor breakfast our hosts prepared a gorgeous spread of homemade baked goods both savory and sweet, with plenty of choices like ham, cheese, yogurt, and beverages. It was delightful to enjoy it in the lovely garden.

If you like cats then you'll enjoy the roaming of the neighbor's cats. But if you're allergic, they could be a nuisance.
