Super friendly staff and excellent location, spotlessly clean and very helpful with some great tips for restaurant recco's.

A lovely stay but a few points to bear in mind: 1) The bed/mattress in our room was on a base of pallets which was a bit squeaky in the night. 2) We were charged a £10 Euro 'cleaning fee' for our small dog but are unclear what additional cleaning this cost would cover? Isn't the cleaning the same anyway for the room? 3)It would be helpful to have a bottle opener in the room and all of the items listed on the mini bar menu available to purchase. 4)The light over the sink in the bathroom is very bright when switched on in the middle of the night to use the toilet, perhaps a lower light or dimmer or removed altogether.

Location is perfect, next to Piazza Duomo, you cant ask for better one. Appartment is amazing, huge rooms, interesting decorations, cute teracce in the back....really amazing one. The host was super friendly, Daniela came to ask if everything is ok when we arrived and she was on disposal all the time. During our stay communication was perfect all the time- they really take care of their guest. There is also a possibilty to leave luggage near by after the check out. All the recommendations for Corte dei Romiti!!!

Everything is perfect. Coffe provided every day! Bottle of wine on arrival!! Just small objection is the sofa bad in one room, which is not the most comfortable, but it is perfectly fine for few nights.

The location is perfect, in the historical centre but down a quiet cul de sac - easy walk to the roman amphitheatre, piazza del duomo, Basilica di Santa Croce, etc. The room is clean, spacious, recently renovated, and in a lovely traditional style. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and their offices are conveniently just across the cul de sac. We arrived too late to drive into the pedestrian zone and in any case the 2 parking spots in front of the flat were taken by the people staying in the unit next door. Parked a short walk away and moved the car to the flat in the morning.

Location! Just 2 blocks away from the Duomo, but a quiet area. Daniela was such an amazing host seeing to our every need from a day before our arrival until we had to leave (reluctantly, that is!). Apartment is very spacious, with modern facilities, and it also has available parking. One interesting feature was they kept the old kitchen (the working kitchen is a modern one), I feel it added to the over-all vibe of the place.

We absolutely loved both the location of the property (on a private courtyard just off one of the main pedestrian avenues, lined with bars and shops) and also the nature of the property (converted building with soaring ceilings stylishly decorated.) What I hadn't appreciated was that someone comes in to freshen the place up on a daily basis, which was an unexpected bonus.

There is nothing that could be done to improve this place.

The location is amazing! A minute a way from the piazza and many restaurants and caffes. The rooms are very big, the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The staff are really nice and helpful. Parking right outside the room even though it is the center of the old town.

Bathroom arrangement is a bit weird, but it's due to the room being in an old building. Perhaps if it's only a couple it wouldn't be a problem, but for a group it was a bit uncomfortable. The heat only operated at certain hours, so make sure to check it if you're coming in the winter.

location, charming, old & new.

newly refurbished, but some of the changes are awkward, like having the mini fridge in one corner, the microwave in another corner, and a kitchenette upstairs with a twin bed in a tiny room. To reach the the bathroom for a 4 people room, all had to go through the master bedroom.

The place is an amazing unique piece of historical architecture, in a quiet cul de sac, but in the heart of the old town. I was very impressed. I only stayed for one night, but I wished I would’ve scheduled more. I’ll be back though.

Located just a stone's throw away from down-town. Ideal for a stroll through the beautiful city. Friendly proprietor and daily cleaning of the appartment. Assorted fresh fruit is very nice and welcoming.

The breakfast is minimal. A small selection of jams, crackers, two small boxes of cereal, milk and juice with some hard bread is meant to take you through three breakfasts with the two of you.

Located inside the old city, fully equipped suite. Inspiring decorations. Nice and helpful receptionist.

Wifi signal so weak that the lady in reception gave us her own cellular hotspot. The location is inside a ZTL area and they have 2 parking places and 3 rooms so, you might find yourself without free parking and need to park outside of the ZTL about 5 min. walk from the room.
