I can't praise Hotel Abetaia enough, truly. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well taken care of. Our room and bathroom were quite spacious with plenty of ambient lighting. There was a bountiful breakfast buffet which was delicious. The hotel staff and management were always helpful no matter what was asked of them, and the owner is delightful. If you are coming to the Cinque Terre area the Hotel Abetaia is a most excellent choice.

Lovely calm and extremely beautiful peaceful and quiet hotel in the forest and only 15 minute drive to Levanto. The breakfast was really good ,warm helpful and kind staff. Furthermore you can get from the hotel a local parking card for 2 euros per day which really helps with parking in Levanto. (Gets you free parking at the train station and reduced in the city).

One of our rooms had a smell of mold and the Wi-Fi was so weak all the time disconnecting.

This hotel is very nice. It’s a bit outside Levanto (10min by car) but actually that is the nice thing about it. It’s situated in a cool area so we never turned on our air conditioner (they have one thought). We really loved to use this place as a base after our hikes in 5 terrre. It’s a nice place to relax after long hikes under the sun and visits to very busy villages. The staff is really nice and friendly, it’s a family owned place and is kept very clean and with taste. The restaurent is very good also, they have nice wine and a very tasty menu. Room is nice and renovated, well decorated and the bathroom is all new, bed was confortable. All in all I would go back to this place without hesitation.

At least in our last couple of nights the AC didn't work in either of our two rooms. We had 26.8C when we woke up. Even if it works, it was noisy.

The host is great, property is in the middle of a jungle and they have a great restaurant, typical Italian hospitality.

Property is in the middle of a jungle, which means it’s far from Cinque Terre, at least 30 mins drive to Levanto. The AC stays at 27 degs, although if you arrive in any season but the top of summer, the weather in mornings and nights is super nice.

We had wonderful stay. we came for one night and stayed for three. Sonia, the owner was charming and happy to help in whatever we asked. the room is big and very well designed. the surrounding is a forest, calm and a small stream flows by. it is very convenient to get to cinque terra by getting to levanto train station.

Nice location, The restaurant was really good (I recommend it ), the breakfast was really good and the staff was super available and professional.

The fact the light outside the room wasn't possible to turn it off, every night we had an army of insects on the door and I had to be careful to not let them in the room.

Perfect location for our road trip to Southern Italy and a five minute drive down to Levanto for an evening meal

A modern well appointed room in a countryside/forest location. Somewhere safe to leave the car which had expensive e-bikes onboard.

We are a couple from France and we were both very happy for the food. The little resto is a must try. The food was so good! They offered a lot of home made food . The staff are very nice and gentle, they are very helpful for everything. The parking is big, and u have a free private parking in hotel, which is a luxe in Levanto. We will come back as I told them. Next time I will bring my parents to visit again.
