the style and age of the building reminded of times past, minimallistic in style but very suitable to the needs of this type of vacation, the host was friendly and readily available to meet any requirements. Location wise right in the heary of what was occurring locally, with the hustle and bustle of local and vacation life intermigled outside the front and viewed from an idyllic balcony location with a constant buzz of passers by. Levanto is well worth a visit and a great location to view the Cinque Terre from by train or boat.

breakfast was a disapointment in its lack of options and what seemed a need to overcook and sprinkle with sugar the croisants but i can live with that as i rarely eat breakfast anyway. Thicker walls or soundproofing to the next door room would have been our only improvement

I loved the location of this accommodation, because it’s really in the center and quite close to the beach. Every gadgets worked properly especially the air conditioner that was lifesaving during the hot days. I was provided with fresh beddings, towels and everything that’s needed in a bathroom regularly. A small terrace belongs to the accomodation that was good for the dinners.

We booked it for three people, and to tell the truth it’s rather comfortable for two. The single bed is a kind of “folding bed” directly in the kitchen, which is not so comfortable. We booked this accomodation because of the price, to save more money for visiting the cinque terre and surrounding attractions so we didn’t care how comfortable the beds were, but if you want to rather relax it’s good to know. The window right next to the duoble-bed faces the neighbour’s terrace and doesn’t insulate the noise properly so I Could hear the converstaions and noises in the neighbour’s garden. Within the flat some walls are not fully plastered, despite it everything is clean, but it gives the rooms a cheaper look.

Perfect location, close to the beach, the train station and all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean and nice, with a balcony, and air con was good. Car park is perfect. Massimo was very good at giving us all the useful information.

The hotel is a bit hard to find, there is only a little sign that you don’t see until you are right in front of the building door. Not the hotel fault but our room was on the front of the building and was noisy all night (people talking loud in the street until 2 am, then garbage trucks around 5 am), if you want a quiet room ask for the ones that are behind. I was a bit shocked by the manager’s office that is wide opened 24/7, even when he wasn’t there, with piles of photocopies of passeports and credit cards bills everywhere, on every shelf and table, to be seen by anyone. Obviously data protection is completely non-existent in that hotel….

We booked this last minute, and chose because of the reviews. as we wanted to spend some more time in Cinque Terre. It did not disappoint. The location was perfect - central to everything. The room was brand new - the ac worked wonderfully. Most importantly, Massimo was a tremendous host! He was joyful and welcoming took care of us like we were family. We plan to be back this fall!

We loved that it was right outside a square where people sat and congregated. We also loved that it was very close to the beach. Room was great and we had a wonderful time using Levanto as a jumping point to get to Cinque Terre.

We would have loved a little more options for breakfast. It was simple and enough to eat but it would have been nice to have some hot food options.

Perfect location. Not far to the beach and the train. The big blue hotel door faces the main square/park and is just a few feet to the right of the Dolce Vita restaurant where the good hotel breakfast is served. Just press the buzzer for Massimo, the host who speaks English well. AC worked well. No mosquitoes that we saw. Bathroom was big and nice with great shower.

location was less than 100m to beach. massimo (manager) was able to answer questions we had and was an excellent host at the hotel and the Cafe he owns below the hotel. there were bikes for use as well.

bikes need air pump to keep tire pressure up. parking was under a citrus tree, so after 2 days there was lots of orange and lemon juice on the car.

A great hotel very close to the beach, at 10 minutes walk from the train station, and right in the middle of the town center. The owner was a friendly and social man, very helpful. Breakfast was served in an actual restaurant outside, that was a good start of the day. The room was fine.

All was well. The hotel is in the middle of the town center, so there is some street noise outside the windows. Some evenings there are concerts in the amfitheater next to the hotel, this can be noisy.

I loved this place. He really cares about you as a customer. I needed to add a night and online it said they were full. He worked to shift things so I could stay and be in the same room. The location is awesome. I will definitely be back.
