The staff 😘😘😘. Each person was so welcoming and attentive to every request and query. Always cheerful, relaxed & a pleasure to approach . The facilities were clean, attractive & up to date. Meals on site were great value in comparison to other restaurants in the immediate and wider area. (not alot of choice in immediate area) Good choice of fresh food. Loads of space at pool & beach area, where sunbeds & parasols are included in hotel rates. I hope to return again to relax, recharge rejuvenate. It was like staying at 4 star hotel without the pomp and false customer service.. And expense. Would recommend at least one day trip to Venice. Great public transport connections.

Bit further out than I realised from Lido di Jesolo. But the lack of crowds, traders on beach & noise made up for it. Big ➕could cycle to nearby fishing village for coffee each morning. Nio cash point nearby. Nearest was 10 min cycle. That wouldn't allow me access cash. No local businesses gave "cash back" But Hotel staff helped me out. Big thanks to you all 😘😘😘😘 P S. Extremely friendly staff in this hotel! We've been to many places and we can say that the staff here is very helpful and nice. Thank you! We were also allowed to take our dog with us.

Rather poor choice at breakfast. The posting says " dogs allowed" but only after you book a room it says, "dogs allowed until 20kg". We had do send an extra request to get our bigger dog with us. Dogs are allowed on the private beach of the hotel, but they are only allowed on the sand surrounding the pool. So that was a little disappointing.

Perfect location for a peaceful family vacation. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. They offer free car parking lots and complimentary beach loungers. The local kitchen serves very delicious and diverse food. Moreover, the room was equipped with a very good and silent air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a few minor issues such as some room furniture and the shower needing repairs. Additionally, the restaurant had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortably warm.

The hotel is a small family run business. It is located in the "Pineta" area of Jesolo - peaceful and quiet but only a 15 minute bus ride from the busy centre of Lido di Jesolo. The bus stop was around 100 metres from the hotel. There is a pool and private beach with free sun beds and parasols. All this was PERFECT for our own requirements. The food was good and the service friendly and helpful. The were enough English speaking staff to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

very clean, location quiet, free shady parking, quick to resolve problems, child friendly, great swimming pool and beach facilities. very friendly young staff working there.

The breakfast was quite basic, the coffee from the machine wasn’t very nice, the orange juice from the machine was not fresh orange but syrup orange. More fresh and homemade options would have been appreciated by us. We had problems with aircon, fixed immediately but very noisy so hard to sleep. 2 single beds rather than a double and cushions very mis-shaped so hard to sleep.

Location and swimming pools

Most of staff was very friendly and polite, but one guy was specially unpolite with us and with the other staff (probably the boss). Old building, cheap food for the price. If you can, pay a bit more and go to a better place, if you are under restricted budget (like us) it is just ok.
