Nice room, well appointed, large bathroom, super clean and perfect location for our needs.

The reservation from Booking.com did not state the exact room which caused a complication when arriving at the location. We ended up in the wrong room. Entering the building using the code number was confusing. I recommend instead of using the ON1997OK all as one unit that you explain how to use the entry keypad and use spaces between ON 1997 OK. It took much time in dark to figure this out. The box inside was explained very clearly. How did we get into the wrong room? Do the boxes holding the keys to the room use the same codes? Also the refrigerator did not work. We could not get it to get cold. Need a trash can near the kitchen area.

Spacious, clean, very quiet, everything designed with well taste, perfectly located and good value. Definitely reccommending this place to anyone visiting Mantova, the host was extremely kind and proffesional. Looking forward to get back!

This apartment is very well located near the centre of lovely Mantova, quiet and nicely decorated. Lorenzo was very helpful with restaurant recommendations etc.

We would have loved a corkscrew! Cobblestones are also ruinous on cases, but Lorenzo can't do much about that.

A lovely big room and bathroom right in the centre of the historic centre. The host, Lorenzo was so helpful and check-in details were very easy to follow. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need.

New room with beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, wifi, heating at the right temperature, great shower, had all the toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. Amazing location (close to all major attractions). Cozy pastry and coffee/tea. Walking distance from the train station (15 minutes) and 3 minutes from Sordello square. Lorenzo is very helpful, polite and responds very quickly. You can also opt for self check-in and check-out, very simple and secure. Highly recommended.

Parking place was not available with apartment l, but there was a clear guidance how to find it and there were several not super expensive/free options, so no issue in the end, just cost additionally

It's in the very very centre but at the same time very calm. The facilities are new and clean, with nice details from the host. The AC is very welcome in the August heat!

Limited crockery & no separate sink for washing cups/plates but not a big deal using the bathroom sink.

Great location, very close to the centre. Modern apartment with bar fridge and air conditioning. There is an elevator as well. Very reasonable paid parking nearby and not in ztl. Highly recommended.
