Even if it was a very short stay, we enjoyed it very much! The hotel has a large and beautiful garden and plenty of parking spots! The lobby looks welcoming and the staff was very friendly! We had a standard room, it was large and clean, well equipped with everything you might need for a short/long stay. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a very good breakfast with plenty of local traditional pastries, hot and cold specialties. It was a great overnight stay before visiting Sassi di Matera Unesco heritage...

Nothing in particular, everything was just fine: the place looks exactly as described and reflected in pictures. We will definitely return!

The pools, wellness area and grounds are lovely. There's plenty of room to relax and unwind. The room was great and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast is excellent and it is easy to get to Matera and the surrounding areas. Would go again.

We could hear people talking in the room above us, which was a bit unfortunate as we were hoping for some good night sleep. Our mattress was very very soft, but we realised that by turning it around it was quite comfortable.

Internet connection was very poor in pool area and it was dropping in the hotel lobby. This should be fixed because it isn't at the level of this hotel. For example I was staying at some regular hotel just day before (actyally family house) where I didn't had any issues with wifi during my stay but here I really had to use 4g internet most of the day because of hotel's wifi just wasn't reliable even with the empty pool area

This hotel is an oasis of comfort and elegance and provides a very good and abundant breakfast. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool surended by palmtrees where we relaxed in a very hot afternoon. In addition to the remarkable amenities, the hotel boasted a variety of leisure facilities including spa, lush gardens and bar pool. Last but not least the staff dedications to hospitality left a good impression on me.

My only regret is that my stay was not longer

We loved the ease of parking and access to our room. We were two months travelling and had to handle multiple luggage and everything was easy. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast allowed for many different types of food and we had a good cappuccino every morning.

The hallways on the floors really needed vacuuming. They were not vacuumed the whole time we were there and they were a mess. The rooms were clean and the facility was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Well located 10mins drive outside of Matera. ample parking. Nice restaurant and leisure facilities.

Not really a dislike but the hotel often hosts wedding parties. The noise can be heard in the rooms that are facing the leisure facilities. Request a room on the front side of the hotel if you are noise adverse. We have stayed here many times and on this occasion we asked to be moved and the hotel staff were very accommodating to move our room.

The hotel is lovely - pool area great. Staff very friendly / helpful. Breakfast was great.

My room had electrical issues when switching on the lights. TV stopped working too. Perhaps the indoor pool should be more accessible to clients staying at the hotel.

Almoast everything, great breakfast, focaccia and cakes. Well designed and maintained outside area, big rooms...

Bathroom facilities and shower tap need a little maintenance.

Staff rude. Not very welcoming to Americans. you have to pay to use facilities pool gym etc after paying good amount for room.

Very welcoming staff, after a day in the very hot South Italy. Very good premises, ample spaces, plenty of parking facilities. A pity did not use any of the pool/spa as came in late. Must try another time Dinner at hotel restaurant, regional and international cuisine offered, nice and well cared. Sumptuous breakfast! A pleasure for the eyes and for the taste! Excellent pandemic precautions, careful staff serving you at breakfast any dish you choose with eyes, you feel safe anywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended, anytime soon again. Thanks, Grazie mille!
