For the FIRST TIME I am giving the maximum (10) score to an accomodation. These are the highlights: 1. Great location right next to bus and train central stations; 2. Amazing breakfast (diverse); 3. Room was big with a mini fridge inside. Windows are massive and functional; 4. The host is wonderful. I recieved useful hints. I had the opportunity to visit one of the best beaches ever. He is amazing. Well done for the outstanding services overall.

Nothing to point out.

Loved the Whats App interaction prior to our stay. We knew what room we were in, where to go, and how to get into the building. The elevator is definitely a plus for us. We really did have a king-size bed which you don't see in Europe. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The bedroom was also spacious, and there were at least 15 ft ceilings. The breakfast room was well laid out, and choices of yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, croissants, toast, juice, and the best coffee or tea tea were an extra! We asked them to store our luggage while we headed out overnight as we are coming back for one more night. They were happy to oblige. Locatio is also perfect. Train station around 550 meters, restaurants, shops close by. Even the Astronomical Clock tower is within walking distance. Great place to stay in Messina. Appreciated the cold water provided in the fridge.

It would have been nice to have a few paper or plastic cups for our bathroom. Please note I sis not ask for this. So it may have been available

The room size is so spacious. Bathrooms are all upgraded with a nice shower. Small balcony where we could open the doors and let fresh air into the rooms. Check in was a breeze. We were here for 2 days and left our larger pieces of luggage while we took the train and spent the night in Cefalu. When we returned our luggage was placed in our new room. Breakfast was nice, too. Cereal, croissants, bread for toasting, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and wonderful cappuccino or tea. Great value in a great location. Within easy walking distance of Messina Centrale station, restaurants, the sea front, and even the Astronomical Clock tower.

Lovely room in a nice AirBnB style accommodation. It could really have been a 10/10 if not for the information below!

There was no breakfast (even though that's why we picked it). There was some cock and bull story of the kitchen being under reconstruction. I suppose it means there's only breakfast in the summer months. To be fair, we were provided with an alternative in a café nearby. In the dark it looked a kip, so we bought our own breakfast in a supermarket nearby (thanks Google). The café looked fine when it opened the following day, too late for us, alas!

Excellent location, though a little hard to find because it's identified only by a small plaque on the wall. Walking distance from the main sites in Messina and very near the port. Parking is pay-and-display on the streets nearby, using the scratch-card system. We communicated with the host by text message, and he remotely unlocked the doors when we arrived. Nice big room with all the usual facilities. Good continental breakfast.

The B&B was in a great location, very close to the train/bus station, the port, and the Duomo. It was very spacious and modern, and the bathroom was ample. Additionally, Giovanni was very welcoming and understanding.

Unfortunately, we had a problem with the bathroom sink, which kept clogging. There were also lots of mosquitoes, with no possibility to open the window without letting more in.

The place was very clean. Large comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good location, within a few minutes walk from the station and the dome respectively.

Breakfast was so-so. The fruit was well beyond it's prime, the butter was stale. Also, breakfast hours didn't start at 8, as mentioned on the site, but half an hour late (twice). This might be a problem for people with a tight schedule.

It was walking distance to everything and only a 5/10 minute walk from the train station. The room was large and airy and the bathroom was super modern with a great shower. Giovanni was so quick to answer any queries and super helpful.

The entrance was a little dingy…. But that’s the same as lots of Italian properties.

Stayed one night. -Modern, clean and welcoming -Friendly staff who allowed us to check in early -Comfortable bed -Added touches: welcome chocolate -Good supply of towels and great shower -Spacious bedroom -Good working aircon -Shutters to allow darkness at night, good natural light during the day. Quiet over night. -Fridge -Excellent location. Close to station and ferry port.

For a quick stop in Messina, the location is good for a walk in the city centre; there was a parking spot right in front of the building, used the app to pay it. The room was ok.

The feeling that the room was a bit worn-out or maybe the impression I got from the pictures initially elevated my expectations.
