i reserved this hotel only because of swimming pool, just know that you should pay extra 25€ per person for swimming pool. daily. whatever you are paying for your room per night, be ready for +25€ extra charge

when u book the room, they write have small balcony, but when u check in, the staff say this hotel don’t have balcony. but u go up the room, then u know not they don’t have, it’s just they give out for others. I feel that they not honest! and I pay the balcony price, why I don’t get it?

Great place to stay for visiting Venice. Just five minutes to tram stop which takes a 10 min drive to Venice for 1,50€! Breakfast was better on weekend, but still plenty fresh food, vegetables to choose from. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and kettle in a room was nice. All as expected.

To get to Mestre station by foot will take 30 minutes, so quite far away when you come with airport transfer bus, but was not a problem for us. Mestre is not a nice area overall, we went just to tram stop. Through window - as well not a nice view.. Spa is expensive, didn't use it. Main strange thing for us - hotel seems like trying to use ecological lotion, soap and try to be sustainable in customers eyes, but.. at breakfast for water and juice was given only paper cups, no glasses! Even in a room we found paper cups instead of ordinary cups for tea every day, towel even not left on floor - where changed every morning, soap threw out and changed every day even not used, there where many unsustainable isues what was not necessary to do. So recommend improve that. Overall great exeperience.

The location is excellent: coming from Marco Polo Airport, the station is just in front of the Hotel, and the tram for Venice is only a few walking minutes away. The staff is nice and professional, ready to help out. The breakfast has many options and is good quality. The room, bathroom and terrace are good size and quiet. The mattress is comfortable, but the pillow could be better.

The refresher or cleaning scent (too flowery) is too strong. I couldn't figure out where it came from, hopefully not through the AC. The AC is automatic when you insert the key; the only option to turn it off is to open the terrace door or windows.

The hotel is situated at a good location close to Venice. There's also public transportation very close to the hotel and which you can buy tickets for directly from the hotel.

That kids aren't allowed to go to the pool in the afternoon (especially when the weather was bad and our options for going out were limited). To be fair though, this was not a surprise as the notice is shown on the their page when booking.

The tram stop was merely a 5-minute walk from the hotel and purchasing tickets at the reception was a breeze. For those arriving by car the hotel provides parking facilities however, it's advisable to reserve a spot in advance and be aware of the additional charge. Nevertheless, the convenience of leaving our car at the hotel allowed us to explore the region with ease. The check-in process was quick and efficient thanks to the friendly and laid-back staff who were more than happy to assist with any inquiries and offer valuable suggestions. The hotel's pet-friendly policy is amazing - we found a cozy bed and treats prepared for our furry companion in our room. The breakfast spread at Elite Hotel & Spa was magnificent. Countless options were available, catering to all tastes and preferences. A highlight of our stay was when they surprised us with a small cake to celebrate my partner's birthday.While time didn't permit us to experience the spa facilities, we were tempted by the promising options available. It's definitely something we'll look forward to on our next visit. Overall, our experience at Elite Hotel & Spa was excellent in every way. From the warm and accommodating staff to the well-appointed amenities, we were thoroughly impressed. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Venice and the surrounding areas while enjoying a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Hotel is very nice, the staff are professional, the breakfast have good quality and many options. The bar and the restaurant also good, but the menu a bit short. The location of the hotel is perfect. The tram station and the city center are only few minutes walk. And the Venice Centre is around 15 minutes with the tram. The ticket available on the reception.

The cost of the spa area very high. This is 30 euro for a day + 10 euro for bathrobe. And it is the entrance fee only. Every treatment have extra cost. The other thing, if you drink something in the bar, an extra fee will be added for the table reservation, no matter if you don't need this.

The Hotel is in a very good location to visit Venezia, the tram is very near, you can take a ticket from the hotel. Parking is offered by payment, but you also can find one out of the hotel for free. 2 free of charge small bottles of water in the fridge. The room is normal size, good for 2 persons.

We booked a room with a city view and our view was an ugly backyard. With the initial booking I asked for a double bed and we got 2 connected beds. We asked for a second card for the room, cos I was planning to sleep and my husband to walk around, and they asked for a 10 euro deposit, the first time in my life in 4 stars hotel The shower cabin is extremely small, and do not close well so the bathroom is always full of water- maybe that is in the room we got, cos other travelers wright different comments. My opinion is that the price is a bit higher than what the hotel is offering, but it is still a good option for seeing Venezia
