Breakfast very nice and plenty. Nice staff in breakfast room. Coffee excellent! Desk attendants very helpful. A nice 3 star in good area. Easy walk to tram. Bus stop out front door. No complaints

Not their fault. Restaurants in area tend to open at 7 PM. We had hoped to eat earlier. As old and older sister we like to eat earlier than most other travelers at hotel, late dinners are difficult for us. Area very clean and nice for easy walking.

Everything was good as we expected. We had a room with a nice view to a canal - it's not like in Venice, but it was pretty. Breakfast was also good, for all kind of tastes. Staff is kind and helpful. Tram station is a few minutes walking from hotel and it takes you to the Venice (10-15 min). It's just one tram line so you cannot miss it.

We came from Treviso airport so it was difficult to find a place. From Mestre train station is 25 min walking to a hotel. But when staff explained to us, it was pretty simple. There is a bus station in front of hotel.

Very good location, bus from airport stops in front of the hotel, tram stop to Venice is 5 mins walk, you are in Venice in 15 mins with tram. Staff was very kind and helpful, tickets for public transport can be bought at the reception too but only for cash. Rooms are not too big but big enough for sleeping, towels were replaced after 2 nigths (we have stayed 4 nights), cleaning every day. Breakfast was more or less the same every day but lots of food to chose from, like scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, cereals, fruits, yogurts, croissant, sweets cookies and biscuits, tea, coffee, juice. No vegetables though but it is just how breakfast is in Italy I guess.

No fridge in the room, which was not a problem in April but during summer it would be nice to have cool water, etc.

Room was cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful, we could easily check in. During the checkout, we asked the staff to store our luggage for a few hours, since our flight was at night. They happily agreed to do so. The hotel is on the main road, with easy access to local buses The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. And tram T1 will take you straight to Venice centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The location is well located, close to Bus and Tram, the breakfast was ok. There is a pleasant little restaurant just a few metres down the street.

The room was small, but sufficient for sleeping. The shower was also small. Usable but not comfortable. Also the whole bathroom, was ok but small, not comfortable.

Great price for the one night we stayed. Walking distance of great restaurants. Quiet.

Door handle was missing pieces on the outside, so it was kind of scary seeing that. Cracks in the sink we’re really bad, small shower (not made for thicker people). Pillows were very flat and beds (two twin mattress put together) kind of uncomfortable but if you were traveling all day like us and needed a place to stay last minute for one night you would barely notice until the next morning.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and housekeeping good, the location is very convenient.

Lack of fridge in the room, bathroom stall was a bit small, noisy as it is on a street with public transport. A bit uninspiring, but has almost everything that one needs.

It is nice hotel near Venice in Mestre. It is very well connected with Venice by tram. Staff is very nice and kind.

Every time on our trip to Venice we stayed in this hotel. Unfortunately after renovation rooms get so small. As well parking due to new evacuation stair got smaller, so it can happen that there is no enough space for your car.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. We liked that we had a breakfast included and that there was a good variety of choices for breakfast. It was close to transportation.

The shower was tiny and there were dangerous looking bolts sticking out in the shower.
