The hotel is very well maintained, super clean and the size of the rooms more than satisfactory. The view from the room was that of a field of grape vines so it was lovely. Neighborhood is super quiet with a few houses overall a bit far from the city.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, there were few options. Might have been better to choose to eat outside rather than at the hotel. The direct bus route to Venice from the hotel is through the back of the hotel plus a 15 mins walk through a quiet and safe area.

The hotel is placed 15 minutes away by car from Venice, also has a bus that can take you to venice or you can use the train. The room was very clean and comfortable, reasonable size as well, bathroom was also reasonably sized and very clean, staff members were very polite and helpful. You have access to the pool and the spa centre for free, and in our case access to the pool in those hot days was really welcomed. They also have a restaurant on site so a great overall package.

The WiFi was very poor in the room, and almost impossible to use. The shower head was leaking everywhere so some maintenance will be required as this is a fairly new resort.

This is really nice hotel with beautiful garden. Peacefull area, very clean, nice rooms with everything you need. Stuff is extremly friendly and proffesional, praise for that. Great food in restaurant, nice terasse, perfect pizza and pasta ! Breakfast was also ok - stuff took care about everything and we missed nothing. Very big parking space with many places. Bus station is on the main road, 100 m from the hotel. In 10 minutes you are on the Mestre main station and from there are the buses and the train to Venice, every 5 minutes. Ride with train takes around 10 minutes. I am very happy to chose this hotel. Thank you guys for everything and see you soon!!!

Clean and spacious room. New towels. Very close to bus nbr 10 stop. Pizza to go in the hotel restaurant costs 6,5 EUR.

To much air freshener in the hotel corridors. Facility is really clean the odorant makes it smell cheap. Coffee from the powder machine taste really bad 😖 come on! It is Italy 🙂

Lovely location. Quiet rural great sport facilities. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, decent curtains that actually black out the light. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Big carpark if you drive there. Only 15 drive from Venice or closer to Train station. Would stay again.

Nice big kitchenette but no kettle or mugs so if you wanted a hot drink it was a challenge. Outside pool was closed in September which was a shame as it was still warm. Wifi was rubbish make sure you have lots of mobile data

This was one of the best hotels l have stayed in. We arrived very late, our key was waiting for us at the reception. We only stayed one night and did not have the time to check the facilities, but our room and beds were 10 out of 10. The matress and the pillows were amazing. The bed linnen is pure cotton of a superb quality. This gave us a brilliant night sleep. The room was spacious and the cupboards had a pleasant smell when you open them. What l particularly liked is that bathroom temperature was higher than the bedroom temperature which made your shower so comfortable. l would highly recommend a hotel and would love to go back one day. Transport in and out of Venice was organised by the hotel and was easily the best way to go to and return back from the busy historic centre of Venice. Great to come back to a friendly obliging restaurant for dinner every night. Sporting facilities were 2nd to none, awesome stay...

The airconditioner was a bit tricky, but sorted when we were told how to turn it off. Long hike from carpark to room was off putting, but supplied trolley made it easier...

The restaurant is excellent - both for dinner and for breakfast. The room was quiet and clean. The surrounding is nice although we did not have a chance to use the tennis courts and the swimming pools.

The hotel is 5km away from Mestre Station and unfortunatelly the last bus from Mestre or Venice leaves at around 21:30...after that time a taxi is a solution...for 20EUR from Mestre. I asked for a room with twin beds and in reality we got a double bed with an extra bed in the corner. This is not what a twin room is.

A nice place to stay in Mestre to acess Venezia (channels). Clean, cousy, simple but fresh and tasty breakfast, "honest" restaurant in the resort. They help on the transfer to Veneza what is nice

It would be nice to have an extra blanket in the room... but nothing that compromised the stay.

Great budget hotel with pool facilities. Reception staff not great on check-in a bit rude. Otherwise a great put stop to visit venice while giving some down time by pool during mud day heat. While transfer was available to venice I would recommend having a car as it can be quite expensive to get to and from at €35 on direction.
