Maybe it wasn't perfect. Maybe many things can be done better. Not everything was as it should have been. Some people will say that the rooms are too small and that something is wrong. But it was wonderful for me and my family. Family atmosphere. Every day I passed the same people who run the family hotel with passion and every day they get up early in the morning and go to bed later than us. Wonderful hospitable people with good hearts, always nice and always smiling. A bed room is only a place to sleep, but the atmosphere in such a place is priceless. It doesn't matter where, but with whom, and that's probably the whole beauty and charm of this place.

Lovely room we had to change room though due to an unfriendly pest of a guest at the hotel, but we received our new room, great help from staff! Cleaning staff great too, very kind and polite Easy to travel to venice a bus stop merely a hundred yards away. Although very busy bus so be aware Supermarket near by too. Breakfast excellent!

The fridge would overheat and therefore not cold enough, this was due to it being fully enclosed in the cupboard. Which I'm sure cant be safe Nothing else we didnt like. other than the annoying french lady who used to knock on our door at 1.30 am!

The room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited. However was much more than the tipical ”italian breakfast” (croissant and coffee) :))) The bus station was just around the corner and it took about 20 min to get to Venice (bus 7 or 7A), which was decent enough. The hotel has a free private parking lot, which is very handy if you came by car.

Even if I had a reservation for 2 persons, the room was prepared only for 1 person (one set of towels, one set of toiletries and one glass). It needed a request to the reception to supply the second set.

The location was great, there were many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy around the place but most importantly the bus (7/7E) taking us directly to Venice was just stopping in front of the Hotel. The staff at the frontdesk (especially the one in evening shift) was friendly and kind and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are well equipped with all the toiletries, coffee, tea, water boiling kettle and even a microwave.

Overall it was nice but after our first night of the stay, we had coffee in the cup provided in the morning but the next day we noticed the cup was not replaced.

The guys in reception were very friendly, they gave us all the details we needed to reach Venice. I hadn't booked for breakfast, so I don't know. The room was clean and decent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! The bus station for the bus to Venice was down the stairs. It was a route about 30 to 40 minutes. The bus was there every 10 to 20 mins. It's not like staying in Venice, but it was ok for the price.

nothing specific, maybe I wish I knew how to reach hotel from train station before my arrival to Mestre train station. We didn't know which bus to take, where we buy tickets et al, but this is not so specific to the hotel.

The hotel location is quiet, easy to park in the hotel courtyard or outside on the street next to the hotel. The bed is confortable, the bathroom has all equipment needed, great room size of double room for couple with a baby and a dog. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast are good and good choice of food. If we will be around we will stay in this hotel again. We had perfect experience with the hotel and can only recommande. thank you to all hotel team

Lots of good advice from the staff on travel in my free time and the hotel shuttle service. The breakfast was good every day with plenty of variety to suit everyone's taste. Most other accommodation that I have used in Italy normally give a very meagre breakfast. Short and regular bus service to Venice a few yards from the Hotel. An easy 22 minute walk to the main railway station.

Nothing, it all worked for me.

The hostel was easy to get to, check in was quick, staff was very friendly. The room itself was neat clean, we'll organized, and the shower was great too with hot water on demand.

Unfortunately, they had no vegan option for breakfast for me. Also, my room's balcony wasn't accessible as the door was locked. The window was open so I could see the balcony and it was super dirty with cigarettes thrown there. It wasn't a nice view but it hadn't that much big of an effect on my stay. I saw it the night before leaving and didn't bother asking the staff about it.

Very clean hotel, staff very helpful and very friendly. Great location, with bus stop literally outside with regular buses to venice. Nice clean and well provided breakfast area with a good choice of food for your start to the day. Best wishes to all the staff that made our short stay the best. Nothing to not like!

The staff is amazing - kind, helpful, smiling and very polite. All the suggestions were spot on, would even give us bus tickets and walk together to the street to show the bus stop! Also, let us keep the car for the rest of the day in their parking after checkout. Fantastic!

A bit far from Venice, takes about 25 minutes on a bus, that sometimes gets crowded and you might have to stand for the trip. Breakfast is simple, but good. In the end - very recommend.
