The staff especially Sara were very polite. She guided us about the various routes to reach Venice, at nearby restaurants. Overall the experience was good.

I couldn't understand why the hotel provides free drinking water bottle on the first day only and not on the other days. They are not charging less money for other days.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was also comfortable. I cannot say any negative thing. It was perfect for short stay before ship cruise.

The breakfast could be improved, as the warm meals (fried eggs, bacons, mushrooms) were not enough warm, or cold.

Breakfast was perfect. You can reach public transportation by approx 15 min walking which was good. The rooms were equipped well.

When I asked for room service the floor has not been cleaned.

The beautiful and modern interior. It was very clean. Good and rich breakfast, and personal always update everything. Hotel is located near the highway but it didn't cause any problems for us, it was pretty quiet. Fully blackout curtains. 10 minutes of walking to the bus station to Venice.

Keep in mind there are no wardrobe, slippers, bathrobes, ceramic or glass cups (disposable cups only). The shower was broken (water jet beats from hose).

Room is clean. Breakfast is excellent. Very easy parking and for free. Location is perfect for who wants to stay nearby the airport or to visit Venice.

There is a kind of bad smell everywhere all over the hotel and especially in the lobby between the rooms. The management really needs to do something about the smell since their hotel is very nice this is the only negative thing there.

Great room and access to a small gym. The staff was very helpful with information about getting to Venice. Breakfast options were good.

There were no allergen information provided with the breakfast options and there was some confusion with staff about what is vegan. However the breakfast had some great options :)

Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it was same every day. They can change it every day, not all items but few then it would be interesting. Parking was free and there was enough space. Rooms were cleaned well and maintained. Thanks!

It was good. For us foreigners it seemed like a continental breakfast but I after staying at several hotels in Europe this is normal. Marco the bartender was really nice.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I been visiting around Italy quite a lot and so far it’s one of the cleanest places I stayed so far for 4 starts . The staff was so friendly and welcoming and very caring. Ionela and the staff from breakfast area was really helpful. The food was very good. The place is extremely. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely come back again. The bed is very comfortable and big, the room is very clean and simple and they offer coffee in the room. The bathroom is equipped with the hair dryer and all the necessary accessories. I will rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

It’s a bit far from Centre if Venice but the buses are very near to the hotel. 3 min walking from the station.
