Wi-Fi, the television, comfy bed, nice room, perfect location, easy access to Venice on the bus, good value for money, friendly staff, would stay again.

I have no complaints except one, that really did bother me. The room was super clean, however, no linen on the bed and just a duvet? I only had linen on the bottom but I roll around as do others and I’m sure that you don’t clean the duvet. I would recommend adding sheets protecting both sides as it looked stained in places, to be honest it didn’t make me feel very clean in the bed. I don’t know why a hotel would have a bare duvet with no sheet to be honest, it’s a hygiene issue.

The location was perfect. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it takes about ten minutes to get to Venice. 1,50€ one way. There's street parking around the hotel for max 8€/day and we thought the hotel parking is free but then were told it's 15€/day so we parked in the street. The breakfast was good and they kept refilling everything.

Apparently there was a mistake with the check-in and they called us several times at 9:30pm and wanted to check our IDs again which was a little annoying. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they tried earlier when we were out for dinner but that's kind of late in the day to notice that kind of mistake and we were already getting ready for bed. Apart from that incident the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was an excellent choice as I had a very late flight and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff mostly spoke good English so it was easy to communicate, I lived in the 6th floor.

The room was quite warm and the air conditioner didn’t work as well as there was some trouble with the blinds going up and down ( required a lot of force to be used) the breakfast wasn’t the best, not much choice, but the amount of people that pass through the hotel is quite understandable. Also, I had a room that had windows that went out towards the docks where ships are built therefore it was pretty noisy, so if you don’t do well with noise beware, I didn’t bother me so it was fine.

the location was perfect, right next to a supermarket and the bus stop was right in front. the airport was also not too far. the room was good. comfortable mattress even though "gap" problem. curtain was not seetrough. the bathroom was clean. The cleaning in between the days was also good.

The wifi was horrible. Didn't work at all in my room. the blanket was just a bedsheet and after I put out a thicker blanket from the wardrobe the next day the staff put it away again instead of leaving it on the bed or giving me a proper banket since that was just something you put above the bedsheets and can't really use by itself since it didn't have a cover. the shower wasn't sealed properly so water was on the floor. the double bed was two mattresses put together as one and during the night they easily shifted away from each other leaving a gap between the two beds.

The location was very good. Near the hotel (opposite) there was a bus station to Venice, a big supermaarket, fast food restaurants. Easy to find it from the central bus station. People in reception were very polite. We could leave our baggages in a safe place. I would visit it again.

The breakfaast was poor and the dining room wasn't clean enough. Coffee wasn't good. The smell in the reception. Strange people outside in the street at nights. Poorly light in the neighbourhood.

The rooms are clean and look exactly as in the photos. They are equipped with air conditioning even a small coffee maker. The lobby and everything else is also great. The staff was nice and helpful. I would also rate positively the luggage drop off on the first and last day of the stay. Absolutely super hotel price/quality, it has an excellent location, from the hotel 2 minutes walk is a bus stop where the bus goes directly to Venice (the trip takes 10min). Also from this stop there is a bus every half an hour to the airport and right next to the hotel are a large supermarket , a restaurant and a pharmacy. Just a perfect location!

This hotel has no negatives.

The location is perfect for visiting Venice with a car. There is a direct bus (4L) from the hotel to Piazzale Roma and in the middle of the route there is a bus stop at parking lots with reasonable prices (parking in the hotel or in the neighborhood is more expensive). We got a two-bedrooms room, which turned out quite spacious, a big wardrobe with many hangers, sufficient amount of power outlets. The breakfast was good enough: not a big variety of food, but more than a typical for Italy "coffee and croissant".

Too small bathroom. Even though, it's probably not very common, when family members use a douche and a toilet simultaneously and the doors of the douche can be moved inside, it's a bit inconvenient when sitting on the toilet you are forced to step on the floor of the douche cabin.

The hotel was definitely worth the price. Spacious rooms, functional air conditioning, cleanliness, complete equipment. The only drawback is the area, it doesn't inspire much security. But the most important aspect, the bus stop to reach the center of Venice is right in front of the hotel and The price for one rude îs 1.5 euro

The hotel located just 10 meters from the main railway station of Mestre,so very busy all the Time And not the most beautiful area of Mestre. However the bus station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Bus to Venice start in every 10-5 min

Not very nice area: lot of homless people around the hotel because of the railway station. I did not felt myself in safe all the time during the night. The smell of the room was a bit too humid And “dirty”

The location of this hotel is brilliant. The bus stop from/to airport, from/to Venice is right outside the hotel. The bus and train stations are 10 minutes walk away , very easy to walk/find. There is a Supermarket next to the hotel. There are several restaurants around. The staff speaks English and is very helpful (advised us how to get the bus tickets to Venice)

The looks of the hotel does not match 4 stars. The hotel is a bit run down
