All the services one would expect from a very good 4 star hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff from receptionists, to room cleaning to restaurant breakfast service staff.

Nothing much wrong really but the reading (spot light) light didn’t work on one side of the bed (my preferred side). Only a coffee machine and no tea making provision even though they must get people from the UK (although more for Italian business trade perhaps than tourism). Coffee machine with no instructions along with same for TV … totally over complex for me …couldn’t understand how to use them. And no English speaking international news Chanel (perhaps there was the unwatchable EU news Chanel.. not sure).

Had a very nice experience in this hotel. It felt intimate and personal, which isn't always the case with hotels of this dimension. Check in was available before time which was a huge timesaver and we got upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The room had complimentary water bottles, which is always appreciated. Everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good, with quality products. Despite being a bit far from the center, it had good access to public transport.

Parking the car in the hotel cost 26 euros a day. This is too expensive

There was a somewhat unfriendly reception worker.

Nice hotel near Milano Porta Nova Train station, very comfortable and well equipped, at walking distance from good restaurants and 3 metro/train stations.

Very good but really expensive hotel, more focused in business traveler than tourists exploring Milan. We were accommodate in two rooms in the same floor but far away, which was challenging with the Kids, since I did my boking upfront informing the age of my daughters, and would expect the hotel to place is side by side with connected rooms.

Excellent and very accommodating staff. Our flight landed early in the morning, so we check in at 8am. The staff managed to get us a room despite being in advance. Room and bathroom are large and clean. Shower water can be very hot which is great in winter. No noise and we had a good sleep. We could not try the breakfast given our early departure but in room service was good.

Mattress was good but bed structure not so.

The rooms were very lovely and spacious. The view was quite nice out onto the main area of Milan. The staff were excellent! Everything was very comfortable and nicely fitted out.

The bathroom door was opaque instead of solid. It wasn't a problem for our family but it was certainly lacking in privacy. The hallway was a little louder than expected - slamming doors etc. And the location was really weird. Between a freeway and a cemetary.

As a group, we loved how saife the place was, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The place is lively and quiet. I liked the services provided to guests. I highly recommend it.

I booked the room for 2 nights, and I arrived there at 1 AM, the reception was open for 24h so it wasn't a problem for us. everything was perfect there. i loved the view, the room. the temperature in the room was perfect. this place is value for money 100% and I recommend it for staying when you are a tourist or travel for business too.

we couldn't open the window of the room because our room was at the 12th floor, and i think that was a safety measure. we didn t ask anyone about that window, but it was ok. it makes the room a little dusty, but we spent time in the hotel only at the night and it wasn't a big problem for us.

Front desk people were very friendly & professional! Breakfast was very Good! Modern look of the room.

Cleanness of the shower room can be improved.

Good air conditioning, comfy bed and lovely breakfast. Very near Metro into town (Metro is fast and cheap). it was thoughtful of the hotel to have flavoured ice water always available to on return. Helpful staff.

Housekeeping failed to leave face cloths 3 times. otherwise wonderful.
