It is close to a train station, tram and metro. Though when going there for the first time, we walked to the hotel and it was not quite clear to us how to go there. In the end, it is quite easy to go there from the nearby train station if you know which exit you have to take.

We both did not like that there was a window in the bathroom. It was closed and there was enough privacy, but still it was something we both did not really like. The shower was also different. The plastic seperators for the bathroom were quite flimsy, but it did its job

The room was clean, nicely decorated, with humorous prpverbs at wall. Location was very convinient. Temprature in the room could be personalized.

A lady at the recception was rather rude and not smiling at all, that affected hotel's first perception, while all the others were very polite.

The hotel is located perfectly with all your needs covered for a pleasant stay in Milan. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and directly connected to both the Garibaldi Train Station and the tram system, for which tickets can be bought from the front desk. The staff was friendly and efficient, and most notable among them was Laura, whose recommendations for Milan and beyond (Firenze and Rome) were perfect. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The hotel also had parking for our rental car - free of charge, with direct access into the hotel.

I liked the facility. It was clean comfortable and they let us check in early. The room was really comfy, big bed and they gave us 2 robes as well. They provided good quality toiletries. The location is also good. It is just beside Milano porta Garibaldi railway station. I walked with luggage so it was little difficult for me, couldn't get a taxi when I reached. The hotel arranges taxi for you though if you ask beforehand. Transfer to airport is costly though, 120euros for 2 people, so we took the Malpensa express train. The staff is very good , we reached late after our visit to lake como and the restaurant was closed, they showed us the way where we could find any late night restuarants and cafes. The location is very good.Overall it was awesome

There is nothing I didn't like. It was really good experience. Worth the money.

The friendly and welcoming reception and restaurant employees, exceeded my expectation. All reception staffs, were really polite, and ready to assist you, always asking if we still need anything everytime. Easy and fast check in and check out. We request an airport transfer and it was on time. No hassle at all. It was a pleasant stay. Check out at 12pm is a big plus to me. Clean rooms. Easy access of the public transportation. Milan center is really accessable.

The breakfast food variation was not that wide. Long line for only one coffee machine. You can hear the metro/ tram line underground in the middle of the night during your sleep.

We had booked 2 rooms from 5th August to 9th August and our stay was great. Hotel gave us two connecting rooms and that made it very convenient to check on our kids. Hotel room size was good and also hotel was very close to tram that was 8 stops away from Milano Duomo (15 mins).

Hotel staff I think should be more forthcoming and be more proactive in welcoming tourists to their country.

The hotel is good but i expected it to be more fancy according to the pictures in the booking site. The staff are great, very friendly, helpful and laugh all the tome. The breakfast is ok but not varied.

The parking 😱😱😱😱😂😂😂😂 I can write books about it… It is very weird and made us angry and puzzled first, but then we laughed a lot We parked the car and got into the elevator and started wondering in all the floors to find a way to the hotel. Then luckily, we found the right floor. Here comes another maze.. opening double heavy doors again and again till we reached a double stairs to get to the reception and had to carry all our very heavy luggage. A very weird experience to get into a hotel

Location was great, the tram stopped across the street, the metro was a ten minute walk, there were great restaurants nearby and a supermarket along the street. The breakfast was brilliant with a variety of hot/cold treats including pastries, cakes , toast , fresh breads, cereal, fruit juice, scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled eggs and plenty of coffee on tap. The rooms were comfortable and if there was a problem it was sorted out quickly. The staff were all helpful from restaurant to reception and could not have done enough to help.

The air conditioning in the rooms could of been check to make sure it worked before we arrived, but it was sorted when we mentioned it.

The hotel was very clean and staff were particularly friendly and helpful - answering any and all questions we had regarding our stay, helping us to navigate the city and find the best places to find train tickets and other essentials. They spoke with very good English which was very helpful as our Italian was very limited. The room was a very decent size, was very clean, our bed was changed daily and overall it was pretty quiet and peaceful.

The only issues we experienced was the room safe was not functioning which meant we could not lock away our valuables and no milk was provided with the tea and coffee making facilities. Other than those issues it was a very lovely stay.
