The staff were awesome!! They were friendly and always ready to support. All staff members were just great especially Giulia, Tiziana, Giorgia, Yuri and Stephano who were very supportive to the point they made me feel home. I stayed for 2 weeks and will defiantly will return to Tocq hotel on my next trip to Milano. The location is great many shops and cafe’s around and 2 min walk from the train station. Duomo is about 15 min walk where you pass by Barera area porto Nova and corso como which are very live areas and have so many shops and cafe’s. Special thanks to the front desk staff, the restaurant staff who was also friendly and helpful with nice breakfast every morning, and finally the housekeeping team who did a great job at maintaining my suite clean and neat at all times. Thank you all you made my stay joyful.

Nothing everything was great

Amazing location in corso Como area of Milan...close to many lovely restaurants and bakeries. If you're keen for a night out there are 3 Nightclubs downstairs so you can enjoy night outs 😉 It's also 5mins walk to Milano Porta Garibaldi Station which is very convenient for trains to Como and also direct 30min train into Milan Malpensa Airport. The bed was very comfortable and I thought the breakfast spread was really great considering most places in Italy would only do coffee and pastries...these guys do a vast spread including fresh fruits... well done 👏

A few things were annoying .. - they didn't leave any water or glasses in the room after housekeeping and I had to ring twice to request this - people who like to party smash doors shut at 1-2am which unfortunately woke me a few times. I don't think the hotel can do anything about this to be fair but it's worth highlighting incase you prefer quiet night sleep - the reception called me at 1am for a wake up call that I had not requested!

The location is great, maybe far by foot from the city center, but the metro station is very close. Was surprised by the surrounding area, chinatown is very worth a visit, + very good restaurants and bars on the other Milano Porta Garibaldi side. The breakfast is superb, great coffee, a wide selection of both sweet and hearty breakfasts, what else you need? the room is modern, clean, tidy, the bed is comfortable.

The only negative thing is that the large modern TV in the room did not have the ability to connect to Netflix or Disney+, and neither did Screen mirroring. The function itself is as possible, but in our particular case it did not work, it was discussed with the staff, but the problem was not solved.

The hotel's location is fantastic, conveniently close to the subway and within easy reach of a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast was great, offering a huge range of options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible stay!

However, I have no complaints about the hotel; everything went very smoothly. It's rare to find a place that manages to meet expectations across the board, and this hotel certainly did just that.

Excellent hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful. Breakfast is varied . Many peoples ti greet you there with a special mention for Maria.

Minor things : we asked for additional towels and the housekeeper just entered the room without Knocking. Many apologies after that. There is a coffee machine but there is no cups for that! I had to go down at two occasions to get carton cups. Only one coffee tablet ( we were two persons). The noise : we asked for a quiet room but unfortunately during the weekend there is noisy partying in the street. Even with a double window it is still annoying . Additionally there is no AC from 7 PM to 7 AM so there is a need to open the window when it's hot.

Hotel room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Very good location near to the metro and train station, which was perfect for travelling to/from the airport and other destinations. Near to restaurants and bars. Wide choice of food for breakfast.

Room facilities could have been better for the price. Stayed as a couple but they only gave 1 small Nespresso pod between us which had to share (no UHT milk), no complimentary water or biscuits, as everything else is extra and no iron. No prices were visible for the mini bar which we didnt touch anyway.

1/ The location of this property is amazing. 2/ Breakfast was very good and the staff serving the breakfast was very friendly and nice. 3/ The room was clean and spacious.

1/ The hotel before arrival has sent many emails with the idea to customise your arrival (timing, pet bowl, type of pillow). Despite the fact that they bombed me with these kind of questions (or at least that was my impression) none of those "special" requests were respected. Either this online system is not working or is not considered by the staff. 2/ During the night Friday to Saturday there was an insane noise on the third floor. We complained to receptionist many times but with no reaction as this was the other guests making such a noise. My recommendation would be to set some rule of conduct applicable to all guests.

The staff are very friendly, attentive and we feel very welcome. The size of the room is good, considering that it's in the city center of Milan. The location is very good. short walk to Piazza Gae Aulenti, Train and metro station Garibaldi and 10 minutes walk to Chinatown.

The water for the shower was a bit cold even after turning it to the hottest. THere's not much sound proof between rooms and between the room and the corridor. We were a bit surprised how loud and clear you can hear the neighbors. However, we were not bothered during the night because luckily everyone is very quiet in the night.

The staff (they were very kind); location (easy to get to city center/duomo); room (spacious and clean).

The noise (you could hear everything from the other rooms and unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors); The view (but we didn't come to Milan to stay in the room 😀); Could have put more toiletries (eg two pairs of slippers, we only had one; makeup remover pads, ear buds; bathrobes etc.).

the only downside was the food in the restaurant area - I was disappointed because they brought me my steak and forgot the potato’s & mushrooms and then brought them out seperately 15 min later - they didn’t understand that they should have taken my steak back to keep it warm etc so I ended up eating a stone cold steak from waiting followed by potato & mushroom and was charged full price - I wasn’t happy about that atall after chosing the most expensive thing on the menu) However - the food tasted nice and the breakfast was fab.
