If you like the observe a suburb of the town and use the public transport with good restaurants around, this hotel will by Excellent for your stay even for 5 days. I likes the designed room and big space in rooms, peaceful garden, place for private parking and close distance to the center of Milano.I liked the special coffee offer in my room and big upgraded bathroom. The bed matrace was comfortable but maybe to hard. You can book also great breakfast or visit any cafeteria.

The little noise from the street with public buses time to time and private cars passing near canal designed by da Vinci started in Abairate in West. You have to get use to it that some sound came from the street trough court yard to open air entrances of your room. The hotel has only 3 floors maximum what makes it more comfortable and quiet from guests.

Excellent breakfast with wide variety of items. The grounds were beautiful - and very relaxing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated the great communication even before our stay, and the shuttle they arrange for us back to Milano Centrale was very helpful.

Unfortunately, on our first night, the room was uncomfortably hot, due to bathroom heater which could not be turned off (knob broken). The room was also right next to a busy road, and was very noisy all night long. Thankfully, we were offered another room for our 2nd night, which was much better, quieter, and cooler.

The staff was so polite and so helpful. Thw rooms were very neat and clean, me and my husband also loved the sober interior. The bed cots were so comfortable, the public transport was so good at this place and the frequency was also good. There is a beautiful garden area with beautiful flowers, plants and fish pond. Everything was great. Only thing is, if you go to this place with your family, you might easily go out of budget, for the reason being you have to purchase water and a 0.5 L water bottle will cost you 1 euro. For the coffee we requested some extra milk as the milk given in the room was over and they even charged us for that. So please mind, its only room, don't plan your budget by relying only on room charges, for everything extra, even water and extra milk for your coffee, you will have to pay for it. We stayed for only 1 night, so these extra expenditures didn't bother us much and we totally loved our experience, bit if you are going with your family, plan your budget accordingly (including extra charges)

We had to even purchase the water. No water bottles in the room. Press was not available unfortunately, regardless of whatever security reasons. We were charged for the small amount of milk that we asked for our coffee from room services. :( Few things must be complimentary.

Absolutely wonderful staff! All of the receptionists were helpful, positive and so kind. The waiter at the breakfast was remarkable! The restaurant exceeded all of our expectations, we had the breakfast there and went for dinner, a’la carte and it was divine. The chef there is a famous Italian chef and the service was better than in a 5* hotel. Grazie mille!

The only downside were the noises at night due to the heating systems and the trains.

The hotel is ideally situated at the end of the tram line so very easy to get into the old canal area, centre of milan and train station. Lovely traditional hotel. Great bar area and garden. Rooms characteristic and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby and staff super helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good value.

Its a popular hotel for private party rental. Of the four nights we were there the bar area was only accessible on one night. There is no alternative for residents of the hotel which could easily be addressed by utilising the reception area for folk to sit and drink.

Lovely clean, comfortable room with luxurious bathroom. Pleasant and attentive staff. Excellent restaurant where we enjoyed an amazing, if expensive, dinner. Thaw gardens were beautiful

The only thing that we thought was poor was the breakfast. There was very little choice apart from a container of nuts a little dried fruit which were dry and tasted awful. The guy on duty ( he was very pleasant and polite) brought us the tiniest brioche bun with our coffee, and that was it. Nothing else was forth coming. Very disappointing.

- easy commute to duomo central city just one straight tram under 30mins very friendly staff especially in bar/ restaurant ( 2 guys that served our breakfast) - got extra hour check out, really grateful for it - warm rooms , floor heaters in the room

- booked for 2 but found one shower gel, one shampoo one conditioner one teabag one coffee & even after asking receptionist still found no extras added to the room so had to ask for extras when we got back in for our second night - breakfast is like for kids very small portions of everything, very stingy!

Hotel was an excellent choice for arriving in Milan by car (from the west). Lobby looks a bit worn, but room was very clean and had excellent sheets n towels. The huge courtyard is exceptional. Tram access to Old city of Milan is superb (a few steps from the hotel one gets a direct line). Take the tram a few stops to Navigli neighborhood for restaurants.

The neighborhood may appear marginal from an American point of view, but get over it. It is fine and the positive attributes greatly outweigh the negatives.

A bit far but really easy to reach with tram , station is infront of the hotel so no issues. Our room was close to the road and there were noises coming at night but not a big deal

The location is not great, we walked to the Navigli where all the bars and restaurants are, but it takes 25/30 mins (I like to walk anyway). Our room looked a bit old, the walls are not that big, you can hear the noisy from other room, at night you can hear the traffic (if you have a room facing the main road), this was annoying during the night.
