The hotel was a okay! Like said in previous comments probably past it's prime years but comfortable and clean. Huge plus is a swimming pool ( for extra cost and wearing a swimming cap is mandatory). I chose this for the pool, parking garage and easy connection to the center. Yes it is on the border of Milan but tram 14 stop is 300 meters from the hotel and takes you straight to Duomo ( 35 min). We had a takeaway pizza from Izo Provolone (restaurant across the Hotel) and I recommend it!

The breakfast quality was so so ( coffee was not good). I forgot my gold earrings in the room on the armrest of a sofa bed, unfortunately they said from the hotel that nothing was found.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely! The chocolate croissants are delicious. The hotel is very clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi drive to the main attractions. But the hotel is located near McDonalds and various supermarkets (15 minute walk away), this was great for us as international travelers. Upon check in I would recommend the hotel mention this to international guests, we only found out the next day after seeing this with the taxi. The lady at reception pointed us to an overpriced restaurant across the road. The hotel's restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay which was disappointing.

The hotel is located near the tram stop and easily accessible though a bit far from the main city square. The rooms were spacious, clean and with required amenities. The staffs were polite and helpful. We arrived late and the staff was waiting for us to check-in comfortably. The breakfast was really good with varieties of cakes and wide range of fruits, juices, crackers and snacks. We really enjoyed the breakfast to the fullest though the foods ran out on the first day as we were late so we went down early the next day so we could get space and foods. The staffs were really helpful and they were literally running and sweating to clear the spaces to sit and refill foods when the hall was crowded and the foods were running low.

There was a swimming pool but was closed. It would have been better if they had heated pool for winter. The breakfast could have been better if there were assigned time slots since the hall was small and there was no space, and foods were running low quite quickly.

my room on the 7th floor was recently renovated - nice decor and very good bed - good value for the price. Also the bathroom was completely new. The garage for free is a nice detail Check in and out was quick. Swimming pool looks nice but could not be used in winter time

you can see in some areas of the hotel that is is already many years old - e.g. in the elevator or in the staircase - but no problem. I missed breakfast as it opened on my day of visit only at 7:30 even though i understood it to be open at 7:00. Maybe i should have asked for 7:00 o`clock service explicitely as only very few guests were in the hotel. A sign where to exit the main road and a sign where to enter the garage would help

Good hotel, past its prime years but still in good shape. The room was spacious, we had a room for 4 people, us and two big kids. Good services, helpful staff.

A refurbishment of the hotel is needed. There are things in the room which need to be improved, as I depicted in the attached images. In the bathroom there should be a change of some appliances.

We chose the room (for 2) double bed with sofa. Perfect size room for a 7 day stay. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was above what we expected (we are seasoned travelers with 100+ days hotel days per year ) The room size was very comfortable, a small table and chairs for two, great for coffee and to work on the laptop, Sofa was good to kick back and relax on. Bed (very comfortable) and linen was high quality. Bathroom was sparking clean, and a perfect size, water pressure in shower was great. House keeping staff professionally cleaned and serviced the room (with a smile). Breakfast was good, staff very good, even under full house. Front desk/reception, informative and helped with all questions. Location if hotel is good for connection by tram to line 14, tram stop is a minute walk form hotel. Parking is also good and secure.

The location was great and easy to access the motorway and to the city center of Milan. Breakfast was awesome. Only missing was more coffee machines to fasten the queue. Also would be good to consider lactose free yoghurt for some minority of people who can digest regular yoghurt

My room key had a technical issue. I couldn't open the door and staff had to intervene but as it was a 1night I didn't mind so much. Also, the idea of a paid parking in the same hotel was not OK for me.

The accommodation was comfortable - clean room, well-maintained. Staff was polite and in spite of a huge visiting group that arrived at the hotel in the same time, we were invited at the reception to process our registration without delay. Breakfast was plentiful, with rich choice of salty and sweet stuff.

The sink in our bathroom was blocked (drainage was clogged somewhere) and water kept rising every time the tap was on.

We were four people and stayed in for two nights Comfortable and clean room. The room was cleaned every day, lots of towels and amenities also changed daily. Good value for money. Not close to the center or attractions, but 5 min walk to the tram 14 that arrives every 10 min and goes next to Duomo di Milano or to different Metro stations. The personnel were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast a little bit poor, mostly in terms of gluten and lactose free products for people who are intolerant. The shower head could be changed and the cleaning service could upgrade from good to excellent.

This Hotel is worthy to choose when you want to go to Milan,Italy. The,location is very tranquil neighbourhood. There are 2 near Supermarket.It is also near to Train or Tram station that led you straight to DUOMO CATHEDRAL which is very convenient. The hotel serve a quite variety of foods for breakfast. Staffs are all very kind and polite and extend their services to their guests way beyond.
