I loved the breakfast, room itself, long balcony and the comfort. There is a bus station which is 2 min walk from Hotel. The room was perfect, it was cleaned every day during my stay. The place is quite and a little far from center, but having bus(2min) and tram(15min) stations makes it easier to get there. There is also store Lidl which is close. Staff is nice and friendly.

There were no water bottles in the room, it would be nice if they put 2 bottles of water as a compliment for making tea or coffee in the room (most of the hotels do that which is very nice) . The tv gets turned on when you enter the room automatically, sometimes it is scary when u enter the room very late and tv starts with loud voices)

Nice room with a terrace, super comfortable big bed, very clean, great breakfast starting early (7am) ,very friendly staff. Very good value for the money I definitely recommed. It.

The location isn't bad but not great either, this is the only drawback. You need to take the tram ( 10 min walk from the hotel) to the city center (30 min approx).; As said not that bad since you jump onto the tram and wait until it leaves you practically in front of the Duomo, you lose some time but it's convenient enough.

The hotel was in great location, the tram was only 5 minutes away (better than use metro which is 15 minutes by walk). It is near the Navigli districts, which is now my favorite part of Milan. The rooms look just like on the pictures, so we were satisfied. Shoutout to breakfast, so many choices and as well Italian espresso served - when requested. Normally there is just this Nescafe machine. You can also make a waffle with fresh fruit! Will definitely consider the hotels in the future for our trips.

If you feel like sleeping with open windows, there is bar right in front of the hotel that might make you change your mind. The bathroom was clean in general, but could use more attention.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Two ladies working at reception were very friendly and helpful, location was good as the area is so well connected with public transport but was also easy to walk down to restaurants and bars, room was clean we had a great balcony to sit out on. Very happy with the hotel would recommend and we are already planning on coming back

quiet location the room had very good facilities staff very helpful and breakfast choice was excellent - metro station not too far away

would have preferred to use stairs rather than lifts but only best I was on first floor

The room was well sized and has a nice balcony with table and chairs. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was OK, but improvable. Free parking available in front of the hotel. I would book here again. Good value for price.

The hotel is not a new as I expected, but overall OK if one need to stay in the area. The safe in the room had low-battery: I notified the receptionist, but no immediate action could be taken.

The service, the breakfast, the rooms was tidy.

I like almost everything, except for being surprised that the airconditioning wasn't working. First room: 29°. Requested another room. The temperature was acceptable.

Got exactly, what we expected. The room was well-equipped and cleared daily. At the breakfast it was a great variety of food, from usual italian sweets to continental sandwiches etc. (really liked the waffle machine). The location is good, a little walk from the nearest tram, or bus stops. Navigli is also within reach.

There was nothing i could complain about.

Beautiful place, feels clean and modern. Nice bathroom & shower. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and thoughtful.

Hairdryer in the room was pathetic but went downstairs and I borrowed a proper one.

Great quality for the price, breakfast was great, room was clean and spacious for 2 persons, and the busy Navagli area is really close on foot.
