It was a good choice for a 4 days trip. The location is 45 min walk to the Duomo, a good breakfast, even everyday having the same things. The metro is 5 min walk, M1 line, the principle line, and 5 min walk to a supermarket.

The Hotel is basic could do with a bit of modernisation HOWEVER Rooms were very clean, beds made everyday, staff were friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. The metro is literally few minutes walk. The breakfast is continental with lots of choice. Location was perfect for us, very close to Citylife which has lots of shops and resteraunts. Had a very pleasant stay would definitely book again.

Showers could do with a bit of attention but they did the job.

Room size was good, every day the room was cleaned very nicely. Check in was open 24h which was convenient as we arrived at night. Location was bit far from the city but there is a metro station just around the corner from where there's a 10 minute ride to Milan center. Nearby Citylife shopping center was also convenient.

Breakfast was quite limited, would like to see more savory options. Mainly there was lots of bread and sweet pastries, no warm breakfast.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasent and helpful. We were in Milan to watch a match and the location was perfect with not more than 30 min of walk from San Siro and also like 10 to 15 min from City Life, one of the modern neighbourhoods of Milan. The room and the hotel was clean with good wifi and very easy to find. The location was also very quiet and is easy to find. Overall very happy with everything I will propably take into consideration this hotel when I get back to Milan.

The room was a bit small for 3 twin beds and with slightly old furniture but was well maintained and everything fully functional so it wasn't a problem at all.

The staff at the reception and at breakfast was very friendly, kind, informative and nice to us! They make an average hotel with 3 stars a very nice place that we will surely stay at again next time we are in Milano! Breakfast was very nice with various choices with a fine coffee. The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned every morning of our stay. The Metro station is right next to the hotel so the location is perfect, you can be in about 15 min at the Duomo. Also what surprised us is the neighborhood around the hotel that was very nice and included the Milano City life by Zaha Hadid just acrosss the street. Loved it!

Easy walking distance to the City Life complex. Milano created an exceptional area for shopping, restaurants, Allianz arena, tennis, openspaces for sitting under lush trees and letting kids run. Lovely old city neighborhood. The Thai Consulate is in the next block, reminding me of NYC's Park Ave district. We felt very safe there. We took the Metro right around the corner, to & from the Malpensa Aeroport & Lumpagnano bus stations. Incredibly convenient. They have a lift! Even in such a lovely old building, they were able to get one in. The bathroom is nice, white tiled, about what I expect in Europe. Breakfast consists of pastries & pies, fruit, cotto & cheese, and hardboiled EGGS! We function well on protein, not sweets. And this was a pleasant surprise. I was Our room could use a bit of sprucing up. The gold & brown bedspreads look drab on a rainy day. The red carpet in the entry was dingy and left an impression. But the rooms looked clean and smelled fresh. Our TV had apparently been taken over by Russians, because all the menu & tools functions were written in Cyrilic, so English subtitles weren't going to be had. to get ice for my water. The ladies serving were very kind.

Raffaele is very curious and is conscious about my comfort. He greets me with a smile and a fresh expresso when I run into him. Staff keeps place very clean and room fully updated. Very secure property with integrated card entry system to all 3 doors. Loved it!!

tasty italian breakfast with great coffee or chocolte, as we like it. Exceptional and really appreciated :) was preparing breakfast at 6:00 (instead of regular 7:00) as we needed to leave for whole day trip early.

air condition was hard to manage, adjust optimal temperature or to stop. Best solution was having windows open.

The metro is 50m away, so easy to get to central Milan. The staff and the owners were very kind and helpful. Daily cleaning in the rooms, changing towels and pillow cases. The room had a very good temperature for this time of the year and the wi-fi is great!

The breakfast is a bit poor, but you forget about it when you see how nice the staff is. The lounge area is small and cold. The rooms are small and a bit too dark and sad I couldn't stay by myself there. The bathroom wasn't so clean, I found hair even on the hairdryer, they could do better.

Everything was brilliant, the staff and owners were super happy and helpful! we managed to book on the day as our Airbnb was not up to scratch. This Hotel was a great location too and the reception is open 24/7 and manned. We visited during the heatwave and the aircon was working very nicely and could be fixed to the perfect temperature. Rooms were cleaned and replenished every day and tidied professionally. The added bonus which we weren’t expecting was a lovely breakfast each morning as part of the cost. A selection of pastries, cheeses, meats and other snacks and fresh fruit were available as well as fresh tea and coffee. we were extremely happy and will definitely be coming back!
