Located at a great place in the center of Milan, 30 seconds walk from Loreto metro station. The room was small but very much enough for me. It was clean, silent, there is air conditioning, the price is good, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is nice. I would definitely take this hotel again if I am back in Milan.

Really spacious and comfortable room. Location was nice, not extremelly central but very close (20m) to metro station, close to shops, restaurants etc. and a walking distance to the central train station. Good price, taking into consideration that breakfast was included. I liked that the (groundfloor) room, bathroom etc. was desing for disabled people.

The room, furniture etc. was a bit old but everything was working properly. It was a bit noisy in the morning as it was a groundfloor room and the stairs were just outside the door. Breakfast was a bit basic but OK.

Very good hotel, clean, safe, quiet. Excellent location, just a few meters from the metro station and 1km from central station. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean air-conditioned room and bathroom with hot water all day, comfortable double bed, free wi-fi and fridge available. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend it

The shower area of the bathroom of my room was a bit small, big/stocky persons may have discomfort when taking a shower. Also, the air conditioner was slightly noisy

Location is good, close to the subway, bus and tram. Few grocery stores are around. There is a lift. Bad was ok. There is a luggage store where you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast included.

All rooms are very close to tge corridor and lift and you hear everybody and everything, there is no soundproofing. Then I arrived it was cold in my room and I had to ask reception to swith-on the condition to heat my room. There was no reception phone number anywhere in my room. And I think this hotel can't be 3 stars, it is too simple and old styled.

Dated but alright hotel, location was fine, can walk to the central station in 15 min. Very good level of cleanliness.

Only complaint is that walls are paper thin, there was a lot of noise coming from other rooms. Ok late at night when everyone is sleeping, but if you want to go to bed earlier or sleep in, it will be annoying.

Comfortable, clean, easily reached by walking from the station. Great breakfast buffet! A great value for a short stay. nice walk down to the Duomo and main shopping area, and there's a subway station right at the corner. I could have used a slightly earlier check-in but that my issue. They were great about storing my luggage and letting me refresh myself after a long flight.

Excellent location very close to Metro so easy access to Central station, Duomo etc. Single room was small and very clean and had everything needed including fridge, private shower room, large single bed, safe, very good air conditioning etc. Price was reasonable and included good breakfast. Could sit outside with view of courtyard. Staff were helpful, replied to emailed questions quickly pre-visit. Was able to leave my luggage after check out and pick it up later.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. breakfast was also very good. Everything was much better than I expected. The location is at the bottom of the metro, 10 minutes walking to the Milano Centrale. I was hesitant to book but I am very satisfied

Staff could be more friendly. there was no bad incident in any way, but it is very important that the employees are smiling

How clean the hotel is and the single beds are more spacious.

It's a minor detail, however, i would have given the hotel a higher score if they allowed and prepared an early breakfast for us as we left early to get the train. Even a croissant/bread and bottled water would have been appreciated. We did pay for b&b.

Breakfast was good - ample and varied. Could be improved by a greater variety of cereals, eg, some muesli! Need to ensure plain yoghurts are provided, especially for diabetic guests. Night was noisy due to staff talking loudly until 2am!
