The hostel is well situated 15 min walk to the Milano Centro train station and the airport busses. Also the subway close by takes you directly to the main attractions.

No air-conditioning in the rooms. P S. If you are taking a bus to the airport, do not pay the ticket in advance on-line. There are several companies operating the line and you might not fit in the bus you want to take but left out to take the next one from another operator. Take half an hour extra time for the waiting in a crowd pushing into the buses, people don't line up.

the staff was very receptive, upgraded me to a different room, with less people, my own bathroom, they were polite and kind, super helpfull

last day, when i left, there was a bug in the sink in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it's common in Milano as i've seen most references on hostels have this problem, but it was not the most pleasent experience. Other than that, the stay was absolutely nice

The hostel was in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from a well connected metro stop and only a 40 minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral! Signing in was easy and the welcome was very friendly :D We were only in Milan for two days but I would recommend this hostel for a longer stay too as there was a common room and a well equipped kitchen as well as free WiFi. Overall, a really well placed location for sightseeing and easy to pop back to during the day to get changed etc, the room was very clean and a good size for two people!

Got a private room. Nice hostel, well equipped, extremely nice staff. Cold beer after a long travel. Arrived at night in Milano, needed a place to sleep and based on their low rating i expected something way worse. Just a good hostel.

Nothing. Shower water needed some time to get the right temperature.

Really friendly and welcoming staff/guests. Rooms were fine with comfy beds and a shower/bathroom close by. Wi-Fi worked fine in all rooms. The common area was nice to chill in and the whole hostel has a great vibe.

Loud neighbourhood (though expected in big city). Recommend ear plugs :)

Nice staff and great room with a balcony. There is a great sized kitchen and an area with a pool table and sofas with a TV to chill at which not a lot of hostels have. There is also a small bar, piano to play and a lot of tables downstairs to relax at. So the facilities are brilliant!

Lockers could of been a bigger size, for travellers with 6+ litre backpacks.

It's located at a 20min walk from the central station. The female dormitory is ensuite and there are lockers available. There is a common room, laundry and a courtyard. The WiFi reaches the rooms as well.

The dormitory I was in was on the ground floor and the window opened on the courtyard which ( in summer) was a bit noisy. However, it wasn't too bad.

Location is great, also stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Water temperature is not the same all the time, it goes from cold to hot, but you can use it for short shower without a problem.

Everything in order,The bed is comfortable and clean The Argentine young man at reception was Very friendly

The price was a little high

The reception staff Mr Sudarshan was very polite & helpful.. He even helped me carry my luggage... clean & comfortable

Location is bit far from bus & train stations ( especially when you have luggage)
