Prior to my stay, the hotel were very responsive. The location is ideal and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. The metro stop is about a 2 minute walk away. Beyond the metro is a buzzing high street with some lovely shops. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The property smelt amazing too, I loved the Christmas scent. The property was clean.

I do think the property is overpriced especially as breakfast is not included (not the hotels fault, they just don’t have the facilities) and the room was very basic. It would have been useful if the hotel provided information in respect of reception hours. I was up and out the hotel at 07:00/7:30am as I wanted to make the most of my stay. Nobody was at reception however, I was told to leave the key at reception. Not sure how secure this is. There is a risk that a guest could enter your room whilst you’re out. The walls are very thin also so you can occasionally hear guests opening and locking their doors.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the railway station and just minutes from the underground station 'Loreto'. It is not far from the city centre. The area (Corso Bueno Aires) is very lively and well-serviced, with restaurants, shops and anything. The side street of the hotel is very quiet. Our room was medium-sized and very clean. Personell was agreeable and friendly.

The hotel is in a traditional three-storey house, without a lift or a guests hall, even though there a small reception area.

We booked the cheapest reasonable looking place we could find for a single night's stay ahead of an early start for the airport the next morning. We had very low expectations but this place was better than we expected - an aspirational 1* hotel. Certainly no mod cons but it was clean, functional and a helpful location for getting into the city centre and to the station. It's very close to a Metro stop and on a nice street with a couple of bars at the end.

We read reviews that said the soundproofing was poor and would agree with that. Thankfully no one around us was noisy until very late but it could have been an issue. We slept ok as we were so tired but the mattress was pretty uncomfortable - you could feel all the springs. We also expected someone to be at reception when we left the hotel at 7am as we wanted to ask a quick question, but it was unstaffed.

Room was clean and looked like in the pictures. Staff on the reception was very nice and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveler so I would recommend this hotel for a short stay for sure. The metro and the Central station are close so there was no time waisted on travelling to main points in city center or to the airport.

I already read pre-arriving that the sound isolation is not the best so I brought earplugs with me and slept very good.

Location was good...about 10 minutes walk to either of Milano Centrale, or Porta Garibaldi. The area was fairly lively, with a good selection of dining options. The hotel itself is quite small, but the rooms are modern and clean. There is no lift in this hotel, so might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also the noise from the next room could be quite easily heard......nonetheless, the hotel is good value and the staff are friendly....I would definitely return again.....

Ideal location, easy walk into the centre of the city. Room was clean and a reasonable size - fit a double bed and desk and cupboard.

Whenever you left you would have to leave your key at reception and pick it up again upon return. It wasn't actually problematic because there was pretty much always someone there - but felt strange. Also always tricky not having an elevator and being 2 stories up, but this was advertised so I knew in advance what I was getting into.

The room definitely clean, everything seems brand new!. Accès to the center is quit easy and the parking outside of the ztl is 20 min away so quit close.

The place is near Loreto station wich is full of migrants that provoke you to fight or steal. The same that we got in France.. because there are 50 pieces of sh*ts vs 1.

The hotel was a surprise. Perfect location in loreto, seconds to the metro line and easy walking distance from the station. Very good rooms, single room is bigger than most I ever stayed in. Great staff, helpful and responsive. Great Piadina place down stairs and multiple coffee shops, bars, super markets, and also McDonald's for our Americab Friends 😀

There is no elevator. I didn't care very much but for those with big luggage might be an issue.

A good location with 2 metro lines really close by. The area is nice to walk about. There's a supermarket and lots of shops close by. The room is very spacious and the staff at the desk very friendly.

You can sometimes hear other guests taking a shower or snoring because of the silence around the hotel. The spacious room and great location make up for this sometimes minor inconvience.

I really enjoyed the stay at San Biagio, the rooms are clean and all necessary items are available. The staff was helpful and friendly, so I really enjoyed my stay.

I usually like to have a small fridge in the room, to put some food and drinks in it. In this price range I usually have such device at the hotel, (it can be it is a habit only in my country).
