I spent 2 nights in a single room on the last floor facing the backyard. I have asked a quiet room on upper floor, and that was exactly what I got. The room is tiny, but well arranged. Every single corner was utterly clean. Breakfast is fine. The staff is extremely kind and supportive. The hotel is located just out of the metro station, which is very convenient. The city centre (Piazza del Duomo) can be reached also by foot. Recommended, despite not a business hotel.

I would have really appreciated a kettle in the room. A bit expensive for what it provides, but I guess it's because of the central location.

Excellent location with restaurants, supermarket and Metro just a few yards from the hotel. Such a bonus to take the Metro to Linate airport from the entrance directly outside the hotel! It took us twenty minutes to walk to the Duomo although it is only two stops from the Metro outside the Fenice hotel. Very clean, lovely bed linen, towels and well designed spacious and good layout of bedroom and shower room as well. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast provided, choice of juice including a delicious, orange, apple and lemon variety..plus usual breads and cooked food. Useful little fridge, shutters and windows with sound deadening double glazing

Room 410……..Two single beds pushed together so an uncomfortable ridge along the middle. Would have preferred a double bed.

It is like a boutique hotel, location was very good, very close to the train station even though we preferred to walk to the Central of Milan, staff were very good and helpful, I liked the breakfast as it was indicated we like food but we do not like to waste, it has what you need for a breakfast meal.

Location was good, there's a metro station just outside the hotel and a tram station a few minutes walk from there. Breakfast was sufficient and the room was big and comfortable for two people.

Our room was on the first floor facing the streets so there was a lot o noise, even at night, even when we closed the window.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They have shown genuine interests in helping us on all the questions about restaurant booking, getting a cab to the station and all other enquiries. Very good location too and very close to the metro. The room has air-condition which is very good for the summer we stayed.

Not sure if this is a norm in Milan but the room would benefit from having a kettle. Also, although it is clearly labelled that the waters in the fridge is chargeable at a very small fee of 2 Euro per bottle, it would make guests feel a lot more welcoming if they were simply free, or at least the first two bottles are free, or simply not putting them in in the first place. Advertised pictures were probably taken a while back but rooms are still very clean and tidy, but just may not be as prestige as the pictures by now.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It felt like we were coming home to friends every day. They had great advice on things to look at in the city and very helpful with the metro, trains and tram systems. Breakfast was yummy, our twin room with the balcony was roomy and charming. Beds were comfortable etc. the location is great and as I was there for work meetings I met up with many local Italians who all said “great location “. Lovely restaurants nearby and good shopping. An easy and interesting walk to the Duomo.

I loved the staff!! And never have I ever seen such a clean hotel bedroom and bathroom!! Breakfast was lovely. Phenomenal location.

The shutters were closed and the view only looked into a courtyard used for the bins. It was very dark, so I had to keep the lights on inside. However that was a good incentive to stay out and about all day. I stayed two nights. The second night was great, but the first night took me a long time to fall asleep because there was so much noise going on outside my door. It made me feel a bit unsafe, even though Im 100% sure it was just people staying in the hotel being loud and dropping keys etc.

The location, close to restaurants. We stayed on the 3rd floor where the rooms were recently renovated. The Venetizia tube station on M1 is literally located outside the hotel, making travel to the other parts of the city very convenient. Limited breakfast choices but the restaurant was neat and clean and staff managed the table turn around time very quickly. The reception was helpful in giving directions and travel tips. I will definitely consider for my next trip to Milan.

Kettle, tea and coffee are missing in the room. When brought to their attention only the kettle was provided.

our first visit to Milan, the choice of the hotel was perfect. it has a metro station infront(porta vanetzia) and tram number 9 station beside. full of coffees, shopping stores lets say one of the best areas to stay at. you can go to the dumo by metro, to the Milano centrale station by tram or metro. the hotel is so clean, the room was enough for a couple, the breakfast was good no need for more . we visited Lake como, Verona and vanice each day . the reception staff helped for information about the stations of the metro, tram and even how to each the hotel by train or bus. they helped us to order a taxi for the bus station it was a way less price than uber. we got from the a metro station map that we used a lot

The room was spacious and very quiet. We were staying with our 10yo in one room and it accommodated a proper sized bed without any discomfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late due to the flight delay, I notified the hotel and someone was waiting for us at the reception. Didn’t have breakfasts at the hotel but it’s location allows to get to very nice breakfast places within 10-15 minutes walk. Good sized bathroom, Loved the shower gel, gorgeous smell))
