Alicia was wonderful, with tips about where to go eat and get gelato, and was very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea/coffee in the room.

It is a simple, well located, inexpensive proper* hotel for independent tourists. Staff particularly good (helped me navigate the inevitable Italian transport strikes). A wide variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The M1 metro is a very short walk. You'll get used to the air-lock style entrance. *I've had it with AirBnB style "managed-by-a-private-host"

Being British I would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. Sound proofing - no noise from outside - it is a quiet area but other guests coming in from a party at 02:00 - I suppose it is a risk you take.

Location is close to the center: I never used public transport because everything was within a walking distance. Rooms are simple but have all you need for a good stay: comfortable bed - and a good mirror opposite the bed, authentic wooden wardrobe with a big and well-functioning safebox, spacious bathroom with a shower (I stayed in an upgraded double room). The only small detail - as the building is not modern (which is also good because it looks very genuine and local colour!) - soundproofness is not perfect, but it never bothered me indeed: yes you can hear sometimes passers-by on the street shouting on Friday evening, but it is not the fault of the hotel, never was too disturbing, and on the other hand it still gives you a feeling of staying in a live and vibrant city which Milan of course is, not a calm and sleepy village in the woods. All in all, a very good option if you do not want to pay exhorbitant hotel prices but prefer to stay still close to the center and with absolutely decent level of comfort. Big and special thanks to the personnel too for their attentiveness and welcome.

Great customer service. Just 10 minutes away from Piazza del Duomo where the Milan Cathedral & Galleria Vitorio Emmanuel II is located. Although breakfast is not free, EuroHotel has very good accommodation for the budget conscious traveler. Just communicate with them ahead of time on your preference which will be based on their availability. The concerns we had since we came were attended in less than 15 minutes. We would highly recommend for budget conscious traveler.

the staff were very helpful, location is walking distance 18 min to Domo, it is 3 min walking distance to Porta Venessa metro station, so many shops, restaurant, bars near by. room was so clean they clean every day and change the towels . all in all it was good place to stay. People in Reception was very helpful and speaks very good English Ali the house keeper is a very helpful. I will stay again.

It gave us what we needed for a pretty good price. The location is good and the metro and tram are really close. Great gelateria 100m from the room And 15/20 minute walk to the center. We were three people in one room. The room was very small for three with luggage and a very small bath room. Still for two days in Milan it did the work

The location is great and very central, just a short walk away from Corso Buenos Aires, a main shopping street surrounded with a wide variety of restaurants as well as being close to the Metro. The staff were all very friendly and our family room of 4 was placed across the road from the main hotel.

Basically the breakfast self serving automated coffee machine in my opinion is by no means suitable to operate efficiently on demand when guests arrive for their breakfast at peak hours. It is terribly slow and it causes hotel guests to become impatient and frustrated to await long queues of guests awaiting all in line for their turn to serve themselves one or more cups of their preferential “hot drink” to enjoy with a croissant.

The room was very clean. The metro station was 2 minute walk from the hotel and 3 metro stations away from the Duomo.

The room was not actually at the hotel, but across the street which was very confusing as they didn't mention it before. There was no parking at the hotel but they gave us directions for another parking which was 700-800m away from the room and cost us another 25€.

For the price they charged me per night they should’ve included the breakfast. Especially since there were not many fulfilling options with their breakfast so it should’ve been free. In addition, the key was huge and old-fashioned and you have to drop it off every time you leave the hotel. There was no iron in the room so I requested one, but I was told I would have to bring all my clothes downstairs and someone would have to accompany me to iron my clothes. Seemed very old-fashioned and odd for a modern hotel. Also, they only had one elevator for guests when they have so many rooms on each floor.
