The staff were extremely helpful, allowing me to check in very early and even printing documents. The rooms are well appointed and even have a water fountain in reception with bottles to use.

The bathroom was freezing and I didn’t see a way to heat it, plus the tram runs along the street of the hotel - so that’s kinda noisy.

Perfect for a 2 night stay! Easily accessible from the train station by Metro, or just a 25 minute walk which was a great way to discover some of the local bars and restaurants around that area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They have a free water cooler at reception and you can purchase snacks and refreshments for your room, which we found useful. The room itself was clean and cosy and the memory foam mattress was comfortable. We were pleased to find we had a balcony, too. The bathroom was also clean with modern facilities. We appreciated that the room was ready much earlier and we could check in as soon as we arrived. The hotel location makes it a great base for exploring and the metro and street level tram services are only a short walk away. There are several supermarkets close by, as well as many restaurants, bars and bakeries to discover. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.

I was on business, for 1 night so i just needed a clean room close to where my business interest is. The room was very small, i probably wouldn't book it if i was staying for a longer period. nevertheless, it was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was quite friendly as well

This hotel is not a laxuary hotel, but I was really satified with the experience here. The staffs were all nice and they always tried to be flexible to my request. I also liked the fact that breakfast was included. The location was also good, easy acess to metro and tram and 20 mins by walk to Duomo.

This was not something I didn't like, but please be noted that laundry service is no longer available even though it was written on their website. However, since the staffs are all nice, I'm sure they will introduce you some places close to the hotel where you can use laundry by yourself.

Room staff size

The parking was quite away, and in Italy it's quite common they take your keys away. So no quick access to your car during the stay

We arrived so late (1am) and they received us in an excellent manner. They offer you a discount for parking your car 100m away.

Nothing in particular. You must mind that the Tram passes by the hotel so you will hear the train frequently but it was not an issue for us.

The location is amazing, walking distance from city center. New furniture, very clean bathroom, nice and comfortable bed.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room, plus it was a bit noisy maybe because of the building structure.
