A very nice little hotel, great value for money. The staff very very friendly and polite (and always helpful with information), the bed was comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is available for those who want it: a good offer at EUR 5 per head. Lots of little cafes and restaurants within walking distance - I recommed Nonna Maria's round the corner.

It's hard to think of how they could improve the place. I do have one gentle suggestion: though it is not their responsibility maybe the reception could have public transport tickets to sell. The Tabacchi place which is practically next door and should have these are useless.

The rooms are very comfy, spacious and very clean. The staff is very very kind and helped us on different aspects of our stay, which we are very grateful for. This was really exceptional. The price is nice. The road is green and has public transport very near which easily brings you to the centre and other areas. Breakfast is varied (egg, cheese, salami, cereals, jams, …)

The breakfast could be slightly upgraded. I would suggest upgrading the orange juice to fresh orange juice, as well as the cheese. However. I would still go back to this hotel regardless :).

The location is very good- a nice and quiet part of the city very close to the centre. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants nearby that offer very good food and drinks. The staff is also super nice and helpful, breakfast is adequate with good coffee. Quite comfortable beds and pillows and our room was spacious with an exit to a cute terrace. It was clean enough for Italian standard.

Our room didn't have a window so we had to use air conditioning all the time. Also there is a parking garage close by that does offer a discount if you stay in the hotel, however it works 6-23h so if you come outside of that you'll have to drive around looking for a 24hr garage like we did.

Just what we needed, comfortable, clean place to rest after day exploring. Breakfast is simple but enough to get your day started. Staff are approachable and friendly but leave you to it.

If being picky, they just need to be a bot more organised when opted for breakfast, we had to hunt for cutlery and by the third morning they'd ran out of few bits, but didn't really impact our comfort etc.

I think the worse reviews of this hotel must have been previous to some type of renovation. The rooms have clearly been redesigned, shower heads and furniture are new and everything is spotless. We were slightly worried while checking in but pleasently surprised once in the room. Would visit again.

Only stayed there for one night so I wouldn't know. Maybe a bit far from the center but meanwhile close to the airport; so good depending on your preference.

Location of the hotel, not far away from trams, suburban trains. Small Carrefour market is close.

Breakfast was nice. Loved that staff made us coffee in the morning. Nice selection. Kids loved the yogurt and fruit. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to metro but a long walk to Milan train station ( we took a taxi)

Room was a it small but this is a budget friendly hotel .

For the price it was perfect. Room was small, but it was very clean, had working lights, TV, Wi-Fi, solid bathroom, and it was close to a metro station. Area itself was boring but easy access by metro to the rest of Milan and check in/check out was 24 hours.

The bed was small and stiff, the room was small, and the bathroom amenities were antiquated, but they were all clean and well worth how cheap it was.

Everything is excellent, the staff on the reception very friendly and helpful , the breakfast super great!! location easy to find, I had a great time talking to Mario the owner and he did for me the best Cupertino in Milan. can’t wait to comeback!!!

A cozy hotel room. Room is pretty clean. It is only 100 feet from the suburban train station (underground). There are some restaurants within walking distance but not many great choices. The closest grocery store is only one block away.

Noisy with traffic at night. Room is dated but everything is functional.
