My 16 years-old son and his friend went to Milan for a concert. As a parent I was looking for a safe place, easily accessible by public transport. This hotel was kindly welcoming the teenagers, told us exactly before travelling what documents they need from us as parents. They had a quick and friendly check-in, room was nice, clean, with modern design bathroom. The boys liked their stay at Viva Milan, appreciated the kind and always available reception. Grocery store nearby, some restaurants as well, but they prefered going to downtown which was about 20 min. by tram. Thank you Viva Milan for your hospitality and for treating young people with respect!

Good breakfast: there were many different salty and especially sweet options in the breakfast and also fruits and yogurt. Nice rooms: the double room was small but seemed quite newly renovated. Very good bathrooms: both the shower and the toilet (+bide toilet) had a very good water pressure and they were very clean. Good location: good public transport options to both airports and city center. A really nice sushi restaurant on the other side of the road and pizzerias and coffee houses nearby.

The double bed also had a double blanket. We got extra sheets from the reception so we could use them as separate blankets. The air conditioning in the rooms we had booked didn't work, it was quite warm and humid. The bedroom floor was very dirty even after the room was cleaned. No security boxes in some of the rooms.

Comfortable beds and pillows like a 4 star, slept like a baby. the single room has one single bed and one double bed (enough for 3 people). the floor is moquette (which is essential in the winter cold), most hotels have ceramic floor. new furniture. room was Clean. bathroom was Clean. Staff are friendly. and helpful! they showed us the route all the way to the Serravalle outlet with all the buses, trains, tickets needed to get there.

the tub door could be dislocated easily. only a problem for perfectionists. for me I didn't even feel it's presence. walls are thin. (as all Italy hotels we found) . I don't think you can find one with thick walls. we heard the neighbors a couple of times over 3 days but overall it was quite.

-at night, distance from Milano centrale TS ( 30mins) and Duomo ( 35mins ) may seem longer -you can hear the other guests through walls

The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly, told us where to get bus tickets, best attractions around Milan and where best to go shopping. Recommended👍👍

To get to the main lobby you need to go down a flight of stairs, no lift to get your bags up and down.

The staff was very friendly. The room was well cleaned and with a lovely minimal style. The bathroom was small but with a large shower.

Nothing. The hotel was under renovation so there was no special service other than the morning breakfast. I expect great things in the upcoming future for this hotel.

- the staff is very friendly - nearby tram and bus stations, although buses are somewhat unreliable (especially on weekends) - very quiet location

- there was only an open closet in the room - in the bathroom, above the shower there was a color-changing light that couldn't be turned off - the wifi is very slow

Excellent, clean hotel, with lovely and warm staff. The staff at the reception and at breakfast time were extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. The standard room is very spacious, and also nicely decorated.

We stayed for 3 nights and during our stay we were happy with everything.

Viva Hotel is obviously recently renovated which aids to the impression of cleanliness and quality. Due to its location just outside the city center, the neighbourhood is slightly less touristy and people seam more tolerant to non-Italian-speaking customers ;-) The hotel is easily accessible by tram (line 5)

Although the recent renovation, they forgot to invest in new mattresses... Our double bed had two separate mattresses (that's not an issue at all), one was obviously lower than the other and they were both very hard :-/
