The location was perfect. We were near the university on a Friday night and there must have been at least 5000 students there in the square maybe more. We heard nothing from our hotel room. There was no sound from the outdoor music. The location is perfect for a short walk to a pizzeria at night and a patisserie in the morning. My teenage kids loved the Milan vibe.

The receptionist was very pushy. We had not read the info about check in so whilst boarding the plane I was sending document verification pictures and credit card numbers. She refused to believe there were that many people in the square that night but there were. Proof of this was the hour it took us to park. The streets were lined with cars as were the pavements. In the morning they had all dispersed. More info about documents needed if check-in is going to be late. Or a check-in time is required so that information can be sent ahead of time. Notice of where you might park when arriving would have been helpful or even the option to pay for overnight parking? Notice that the road next to the hotel was blocked off might also have helped.

I recently stayed at BB Hotels in Milan and had a fantastic experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to both the metro and trains, making it easy to explore the city. The receptionist at the hotel was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She even provided us with excellent recommendations for a delightful Italian restaurant and a charming cafe nearby. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern design, which added to our overall satisfaction. Our stay in Milan was truly enjoyable, and we left BB Hotels feeling very happy with our choice.

Reception staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was perfect size for a couple, enough room to spread out and not be in each others way. Room was bright and clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Heated towel rail was a lovely touch!

The heating was difficult to manage and the fan didn't work so it was very hot and the smell in the room was very musky. The smell is still on our clothes now. Also, there is no full length mirror - this would be great in the room! Also, the TV did not work

The room was exceptionally clean and neat. We enjoyed the layout of the room, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had no problems with the facilities.

The location was a bit far from the center of Milan, for example, where the Duomo is. We had to take the metro. We knew this before coming though, so it wasn’t much of a problem. The area is in a college/campus town, so there were a lot of students that were close in age to our group.

Really cozy place with a loyal and nice service. The size of the apt is quite big, has a small kitchen . One thing that create a little problem ,it's if you staying in the room from #1-4 it's up leveled , so you need to pick up your bags ( need to ask about the level before booking). Mainly - location and all services are pretty good , i would recomend to stay here and book in advance ) Good luck to everyone ;)

The location is pretty good, close to a university which creates a good environment, it is not far away from the city center as there is a metro station in walking distance from the hotel which lets us get to the city center in 15 minutes. The hotel itself was very comfortable, it is spacious, has a kitchen and is overall very welcoming and modern. The staff were sweet and very helpful.

This place was so comfortable and beautiful, I wanted it as my own apartment. So spacious with two floors and plenty of beds (regular + sofa beds). It was more than enough space for two people. Everything was clean and spotless— bathroom, kitchen area, sofas. Great location with a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop and ~15 min ride into the center of Milan.

The stay was flawless, the accommodations were as described. Communication with staff was perfect, and they even helped us out by letting us storage the luggage after check out. Place is well connected with public transportation and overall a great experience.

Price was a bit much for one night, other than that absolutely zero complaints.

I loved this place. Is well connect to central and just 4 min walk you have all the shops you need, like supermarkets, pharmacy, hair dresser, and so many shops in the main roads. Is super clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back. Was my first time in Milan and I definitely loved it !🥰

Just had a little problem in my room but looked like was just me and no one else in the building. Every time I was gonna take shower there wasn't hot water which is annoying cause was very hot weather

Really nice, cozy and comfortable apartament not far away from Milano Centrale, good communation with the center of the city by tram, bus or metro. Also you have a big supermarket 24/7 near the apartment. In the apartment there are all facilities you can need. The staff is really very professional and friendly.

Nothing
