Location , interior design of the room , and the staff were all perfectly fine.

when you book and pay for the room with breakfast included, you have to be aware that there is a 15 euro / person limit on breakfast. we had to pay 10 euro extra in the morning because we have exceed the budget given by the local , means 30 euro for 2 persons. I think asking for 10 euro on top of what you have paid for the hotel + breakfast included (!) 330 euro, does not worth to create this unpleasant situation with the customer. or you guys need to state this fact on booking , so people are fully aware about what they book and what they will get. thank you

Excellent location and a Metro Station around the corner. There was a limit to what could be had for breakfast (maximum of 15 Euros worth - this would e.g. cover a coffee, croissant, scrambled eggs with avocado or salmon) but in our case that was actually sufficient. Anything over 15 Euros would be charged to the room and sorted out on checkout. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was always clean. After two days we even received clean bathrobes even though we hadn't requested for them to be replaced as they weren't dirty. Towels etc were of course replaced daily. The place is very clean.

It's not that we didn't like it, but it was different. LP Brera doesn't have a traditional check-in desk. Check-in is done at the restaurant counter downstairs. The rooms are upstairs. A minor thing was that our room didn't have a safe. But we just hid our few valuables somewhere in the room and it wasn't a big deal to us. But in most hotels where we stay there is always a safe, so maybe this is something LP Brera would want to address in future.

Our room was decorated and fitted in a very modern, quirky style. However everything was coordinated and was very attractive. All the facilities worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. Also it is possible to walk to all the major attractions. Note though that the railway station is not walkable, especially with a case. But Milan taxis are easy to find and are relatively cheap compared to many other major cities.

Breakfast at weekends started at 9.00. We needed to catch an early train so missed breakfast. However the staff did make us a bag of drinks, pastries and yoghurt with fresh fruit which was good. A cooked breakfast a t 8.00 would have been appreciated

We simply loved it. The staff, especially Varnessa, were marvelous. We are already considering our next visit and will make a point of returning to Locanda Pandenus.

This is not your typical hotel. It is a part of a restaurant group, and you need to simply enter the restaurant and let them know you're a guest. They will take it from there. Be sure to understand how to access and exit the hotel portion fully. Once you are comfortable with the particulars, then enjoy Milan. The hotel is in the very middle of everything, and Duomo di Milano is an easy walk. Loved it.

The hotel is very centrally located and is excellent for sightseeing and shopping. The decor of the hotel is smart and the bathroom is very nicely fitted out. The room is also spacious. We do have one or two suggestions for improvement to make it even better though. To our pleasant surprise, the cleaning lady speaks good English and was extremely helpful in booking a taxi for us. She is a star!

1. We find the room (Beira?) a bit dark. We would suggest some more lighting. 2. It would be good to put 2 armchairs or a sofa in the room, as opposed to a day bed. If someone lies on it, the other person only has a stool or a wooden bench (against the window) to sit on. 3. The hotel does not have a reception and the waiters in the bistrol downstairs do not speak very good English. To be clear, the staff was generally helpful and polite but it could be an issue if they don’t speak good English eg when you need to book a taxi to the airport or the railway station. It is also an issue when the waiters are busy with service in the bistrol. So the guest(s) have to be fairly initiated.

Confortable and nicely decorated room, with all amenities, very clean (thanks Vanessa for your great services), located over a bistrot that is run by the same people that take care of the rooms. Breakfast is served at the bistrot downstairs and has a variety of goods to choose from. The location of the hotel in the heart of Brera district is excellent. Overall our stay was excellent.

The staff that is responsible for the rooms works also for the bistrot and it is not always easy to find someone when you need assistance since they are extremely busy with the clients of the bistrot.

Location was excellent. Vanessa who ran the place was kind, helpful. Could not do enough to make us welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable , large space, exceedingly clean and very stylish.. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linen was fabulous. Loved this place and highly recommend it as an alternative to the usual hotel. Enjoyed having a drink each evening at the restaurant downstairs. All in all it was an excellent stay. Thank you to all.

the room was super large and the bathroom felt as big as the room. Amazing location. in the heart of Brera. the quaintest area and the best place to stay I think personally. amazing decor, very modern and stylish.

a little loud at night and early morning so I needed ear plugs which I had with me. no real way to contact someone. no phone in room so had to rely on the app. also it says Netflix but I couldn’t access it on tv and no instructions so a little disappointing. it would be great if they changed the bottle of water daily and threw out the old ones rather than leaving them sitting there. these are tiny issues in the grand scheme of things. the stay was perfect. I would definitely come back for sure.

We loved our stay! It’s a beautiful 4-room hotel with great design. The restaurant is delicious and is always full of people any time of day giving it a great energy. We didn’t feel like we had to go anywhere to enjoy our night! All of that would be more than enough but what made the stay so fantastic was the hospitality by the entire staff and especially the manager, Alessandro. They welcomed us personally every time we came back or left, always offering coffee or drinks and great conversations. Thank you! :)

Nothing, it was all great!

A beautiful, well designed, high end accommodation above a bustling cafe bar which served delicious food all day and excellent cocktails (and windows are sound proof, so no issues there). The staff could not have been more friendly, especially the manager Alessandro. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, close to the Duomo, La Scala, Brera and all the restaurants and shops, Would highly recommend this stay!

Nothing to complain about, all was excellent.
