It was a pleasant stay. The most what I liked was perfect location, (5 minutes to Duomo Cathedral) and the staff who were kind. Omar in particular was very helpful.

Just as suggestion, it would be good to adjust the heating or to add an option for the guests to regulate the temperature in the room as it was very hot and due to this, less comfortable.

Located very conveniently in the City Centre. The room was fresh and modern, making the best use of the space. For a short stay in Milan, this hotel was very comfortable, convenient and satisfied all my needs. Very clean. The staff was very friendly, as well, which is always a big plus for me.

The rooms on the third floor made the best use they could with the space that was available. Having stated that, the room, albeit fresh and modern, was small in size for a person of my height (194 cm). The bed, however, fit me well. The shower, on the other hand, was a bit tight for me.

Everything. Location is minutes from the old shopping center and Cathedral. Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good, after the difficult experience in Florence with our accommodation, Hotel London was very very good. Very nice staff, kindly booked a cab for us in the morning upon request. And definitely worth the money, would come again when i visit Milan.

Not much, everything was above expectation. One small thing was the glass doors for bathroom and WC, although they were blurry but you can see everything. It was me and my wife so not much problem but can see others may find it awkward.

The location is great. It is in a few minutes walk from the Duomo and Castello. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi was good. The staff was friendly.

It seems, the system of air conditioning was centralized, even though there was a control panel on the wall showing the temperature with +/- signs, it was not working and I was cold all night, until I asked the receptionist in the morning to adjust it from their side. Also, I would appreciate finding a bottle of water in the room at arrival after an exhausting flight, but unfortunately it wasn't there))

The location is amazing! We really liked the room and the staff is very kind and always eager to help.

The only issue was the internet connection. Our room didn’t have access at all.

the property is central and very well placed in Milan, the hotel was a great value for the money knowing Milan pricing. the room was mordere and clean and the staff was nice and cordial.

unfortunately we had a room with the “open bathroom”, meaning the shower was in the room and the toilets and sink had a small non see through glass door, traveling with my brother (or even if it had been my partner) it is quite awkward and uncomfortable. we had asked for separate beds, and I understand the spaces being smaller in Milan as it is a very expensive city, however the beds were 15cm away, it was fine for me traveling with my brother but I would have been uncomfortable if it had been a coworker traveling for a work trip for example.

the best things about London hotel is : 1. the location is just fabulous. only 5 mins from Duomo Square and Castello Sforzesco, so you are right in the heart of historical places and also so close to metro stations (Both duomo (Red and Yellow line) and Cadorna (red and green line) so you will save loads of time and money! the hotel is recently renovated with very nice facilities. but its not a 5 star and you shouldn't expect to meet 5star facilities. the room is convenient and our room was quiet. the bathroom facilities and the equipment in the room are quite modern. the staff is very friendly and the guide you also with nice restaurants. we checked in around midnight and still the guy at the reception was so warm with us.

the bathroom was outside the room (even though it was private) but it was a bit uncomfortable while taking a bath or using the toilet in the middle of the night. maybe we could change the room and get one with bathroom inside, but we didn't do so.

The location of this hotel was perfect, in central Milan and close to everything! The staff were also very helpful. Especially Amar who couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave us good advice and answered all our questions! Amar was great

We had a leak in our bedroom possibly coming from the fridge. Cleaners came with 2 towels and cleaned it but a mop would have been better. On the second day there was another leak. There also seemed to be a smell from the drains in bathroom

Our 2 days stay at London Hotel was amazing before our arrival . Just after the booking we received an email with the confirmation regarding our arrival estimative time and because we arrived very late, after mid-night we called the reception and they’ve been very open and waiting for us . The Check-In was done in less than 1 min and we got a map wit the major objectives to visit and a very precise informations from the reception . When we did our check-out we asked if we can leave the baggage somewhere safe and they have a storage room if your train, bus or flight is later on . Very pleased about the entire staff and managament and if we gonna plan to come back to Milan we definitely gonna book our stay at London Hotel ! Many thanks to the whole team and we highly recommend this amazing hotel close to the all major touristic objectives !

Location! This was the 2nd time I have stayed there and they have since refurbished most of the rooms. They have been nicely renovated and are comfortable.

For some reason our room was stifling hot, like 28 degrees. I turned off the heating in the room but we were still cooking. I have no idea where the heat was coming from as the rest of the hotel was at a comfortable temperature.
