The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed the story of the perfume history and purchased some wonderful products at the Lab (the woman working there was so nice). There was some confusion about our room capacity, but Alice was very kind and worked it out for us (thank you Alice!). Advice for U.S. travelers, you definitely need to abide by the “maximum persons” under the room type for all hotels in Italy. Our suite was magnificent and they even surprised us with complimentary Champagne and sweets upon arrival! The toiletries were all wonderful, the shower was amazing. Breakfast buffet was included and so delicious. My kids loved all the treats. It’s a short walk to the cute cafes by the canal and a 10 min drive to the Duomo. The day time doorman was my favorite. He was so sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Milan. Ciao!

From our greeting at reception with Fabio to our departure after seven days of pure pleasure, the Magna Pars l'Hotel was one of the best hotels at which we have ever stayed. The architectural look and feel of the building is stunning, our room, number 303, was beautifully appointed and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a superb blend of Italian and non-European options in the ground floor dining room overlooking the lush courtyard. The fact that the hotel was formerly a perfume factory was reinforced by the delicious scents wafting through the lobby and the bedroom. Situated within a 10 minute walk of the Metro station at Porta Genova means that the hotel is well-positioned for travel throughout Milan. However, given that it lies so close to the Navagli district meant we had multiple dining options within a very short distance. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and will be remembered for a long time.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Fabio at the reception made our stay memorable as he was extremely caring, especially when the noise from the rooftop bar (over our suite #28) was loud and we could not sleep! The size of the suite was generous and the breakfast fruit options amazing. Really loved the coffee as well! The scents all over the hotel are a lasting memory, would have loved a small gift with our room scent for this (high) price we paid for our stay. The chocolate and wine was a nice welcome treat though, thank you Magna Pars manager.

Noise from roof top bar (suite #28) on Saturday was a rather negative surprise as we didn't know that there was a bar over our suite and we were trying to sleep early after a long and exhausting trip.

The rooms were spacious, very well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Although we were there only for one night and therefore didn’t try out the service, the pillow menu was a great touch. The roof top bar was the ideal place to be at the end of a busy day, with excellently made cocktails. After a very warm and friendly welcome at breakfast, we found the choices on offer to be of excellent quality.

Wonderful. Varied, artfully presented, delicious breakfast and dinner. Staff is wonderful: gracious, helpful, smiling, warm, caring. A special shout out for Una and Jennifer who are a real asset to your front desk. I smiled every time I saw them. Wonderful young women.

NOTHING! You might make an effort to directly tie the perfume factory to the hotel. The guest does not really get the association.

everything was great, Thank you for the genius stay. Everything is excellent at the property. I would make some comments only if you want to receive some more ideas. I would wanted to have some stand to place the shampoo inside the shower area. A carpet on the room floor could be adding warm points (could also be a bad idea, you know better ). A more shiny hairdryer not that this one was bad tho, it actually did a good job! Could have hot and cold water stickers on the taps as different in some countries 😅. A door stopper in the front door, if needed to keep open for a while, when with full hands. Window or ventilation that could be switched on demand although climate was fine and good monitored! in general: congratulations! I am hotel owner my self and know that changes are dependable on other factors, So, I will again say: thank you for brightening my stay in Milan! your hotel is a jewel, please keep up with care!
