We stayed in a superior double room with a balcony (requested on booking). The room was large and comfortable, with a king bed, comfortable pillows, plenty of plug points for recharging devices and a TV with international channels. The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower was very small, but it served its purpose. The balcony did not have a view, but was private and provided a welcome space to sit outside after a long day of exploring in the summer heat. Breakfast was included and was very good, with a selection of eggs, bacon, pastries, cold meats,cheeses, fruits etc. The WiFi speed was great and the air conditioner worked very effectively. There was on-site parking underground - the hotel is in a restricted zone, but it was easy enough to get there by car, using the detailed directions provided by the hotel. We enjoyed spending time wandering around the entire hotel, admiring the huge variety of artworks on display. The location was amazing, a gentle five-minute walk to the station, where we caught the tram to the Duomo. The canal was lined with bars and restaurants, it was really vibey and pretty. There was a small supermarket opposite the hotel, shielded/concealed behind a wall, which was convenient for buying additional drinks and snacks. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it.

The shower was very small - it was challenging to wash ones hair without bumping elbows on the sides. The cleaning could do with some attention, as something had been broken by someone before we arrived and we found pieces of glass on our balcony and in the room - other than this, the room was clean. The plants on the balcony didn’t appear to have been watered, there were big weeds and long grass overcrowding the plants.

The room and the location were very good.

The breakfast was the same every day, very boring. Scrambled egg and bacon every day with bread, cheese and ham. In the description it talks about American breakfast so where are the pancakes or waffles? What about poached eggs or sausages or fried eggs or some mushrooms instead.

This hotel was located in an excellent part of Milan, adjacent to the canals. In the evening, this area comes to life, with bars, vendors, and countless couples and families wandering the pathways. A truly excellent place to spend a few days in Milan. The facility itself was in good shape, with clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom facilities were decent as well. Breakfast was a great spread of eggs, meat, pastries, fruit, cheese...plenty to choose from.

The gym facility was basic, contained a small room on the roof. During peak sun, it was scorching! In the end, I was happy to have a place to exercise, but I wouldn't choose this facility based on the gym alone.

Location is perfect, with easy access to all restaurants and bars at Navigli, a small supermarket across the street and easy access to transportation, by metro, bus or tram (20 mins to Milan Centrale train station by metro). Room was clean and spacious, with a generous size bathroom, sitting area and walk-in wardrobe. Breakfast had many options to choose from, including hot options and a juice maker with many types of fruit, seeds and vegetables to make your own recipes. Hotel is modern and had free coffee/ water / juices and snacks in the common area every afternoon.

The hotel situated in a very good location. The Navigli channel is a busy place with a lot of bars and restaurants. I suggest to book any place in advance as it is very crowded during the weekends. The hotel has some nice pieces of art and it is worth to spend little time to go around the hotel to see them. The bed was comfortable but pillows little hard for me. The breakfast is good, with variety’s of options, but same every day.

The window of our room overlooked the courtyard, so there was no view and the room was rather dark. The design of the room is a little dated and need a renovation. Can be quite noisy until late in the evening because there is a night club nearby

I chose this location because it was close to the canals which is very popular for great food, wine and location. Just off the main canal area so that you do not hear the noise of the bars and restaurants. Check in was a great experience and since we were early, they were able to get us into our room before our check in time. So much appreciated as we were exhausted from traveling. The staff went above and beyond with information, accommodating us and giving suggestions on where to dine. Our rooms had plenty of room which from what I understand is rare. Great breakfast in the morning which we recommend getting because they offer more then what the other restaurants in the area do and its very reasonable. 15 EUROS. If it wasn't so hot, we would of tried the saunas on the top floor as it looks so inviting.

really is an Art hotel. everywhere there is a piece of art. So a beautiful hotel, rooms were nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. loved they had a coffee and tea bar in the room. Breakfast was a very good selection of different foods. Staff were super nice and helpful. The location is great as just around the corners there are bars and restaurants, with great foods and ‘aperitivo’ deals

Just a small remark is that they did not replenish the coffee bar each day in the room.

I found the breakfast above average for Italian hotels (I stayed at quite a lot). They often go very heavy on the cakes and pastries and there isn’t much else. There was a decent selection of savoury foods, quite a few sweet options a juicer, fresh fruit. Staff were very helpful Parking was good although I had a little difficult finding the entrance as it was Saturday and there was a market but if you ask them beforehand they give you precise instructions on how to arrive. Navigli is a really lively area with tons of bars and restaurants and a real buzz but the hotel wasn’t noisy at night

The room was a decent size and had two large windows but somehow also felt rather claustrophobic due to the way it was laid out. When we arrived it was super stuffy and airless. I couldn’t work out the air con. We slept with the balcony doors open and that kept it cool and well ventilated

I loved how welcoming and nice all the staff felt. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfy and slept really well. The breakfast was baller, with a few gluten free options! & The sauna room & gym on the rooftop... chef kiss! The location is amazing as well and obviously all the art around the hotel is a vibe!

It was a single room that I booked but the only thing is that I wished the bed was a bit bigger. The furniture feels a bit old but still super functional.

Very clean and spacious facility within walking distance of train station and close to eateries, a supermarket right outside the door was a bonus too. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything clean and well presented. Breakfast was really good and the best we had in our travels around the north of Italy. Superb coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms - absolutely LOVED that as hadn't had it anywhere else in our travels until Navigli. The best elevators/lifts in all of Italy! The first time we didn't have to send luggage up in a lift while we walked up stairs - never been so grateful! haha

The only constructive criticism I have is the poor quality of pillows on the beds (this seemed to be the norm for Italy throughout our travels though) We ended up using our puffer coats in pillowcases as our pillows.
