5 mins walk to Centrale train station. Easy access to public transportation. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was ready before checkin time and we were upgraded to a superior room. Lively area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops nearby. Hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star.

Extremely nice and friendly reception staff. Very helpful and always on service with a smile. Proficient communication in English. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade room. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. Great smell with a reed diffuser infront of each room. Safety deposit box and refrigerator in the room, perfect Wi-Fi. Great lounge area. Few minutes on foot from hotel to the central station. In walking distance from Duomo. Hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants, coffee shops and patiserries also very close to shopping streets. Overall great experience. Thanks again to the cleaning ladies and boys at the front desk!

Started off with a lovely check in with Sadith who was passionate and enthusiastic for us to have a great stay, and recommended the best bars and restaurants. Decor was lovely. Absolutely my favorite thing was the decor and old fashioned elevator. The elevator was gorgeous and the room was designed traditionally. Everything in the room was great. Spacious and airco shower all a plus. A great location with ample bars and restaurants a stone throw away. Would come back in a heartbeat!!! Central station in reach.

No comment we loved it all

We choose this hotel due to its proximity to the Centrale train station. It was a short walk. We arrived early and were unable to go to the room immediately. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and let us store our luggage. Upon returning to check in at the appropriate time, we received a free room upgrade. I mean big upgrade. We got to stay in what I'm guessing was an old palace. The room was large, the beds were extremely comfortable, the ceilings touched the sky, and the bathroom marble was spectacular. I would stay here again merely for the staff being so accommodating.

We left so early the next morning that breakfast wasn't ready. Other than that small mishap, great place for the money.

I got an upgrade to a room in adjacent facility, because the room I booked wasn't available. Beautiful and spacious room in a beautiful typical Milanese historical building. Looked all new and spotless. Huge bathroom. Comfy bed.

Being in an old building made that I could hear my neighbour well... :( No direct access to the hotel facilities (breakfast room/reception), as this is a separate building just around the corner. As for breakfast: there are good cafes for that in the neighbourhood though.

The staff at this hotel is the absolute best. Super friendly and happy to help. I booked the room last minute and was pleasantly surprised how nice of a room I got. It seemed very recently renovated and was very clean. Check in and check out was smooth and everyone very helpful. Can’t praise the staff enough. The location is convenient if needed to be close to the central train station. There are nice restaurants in the area and only about 10-15 minute walk to an area with lots of shops. Metro runs smoothly and is easy to use to go longer distances.

The hotel, the stuff, the location - everything was perfect. The stuff at the reception was always very friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful - clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very comfortable. We stayed there 4 nights and every day the cleaner was coming to clean the room, to make the beds, to bring new bathtowels and all you need for the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable. This is just a perfect choice if you want to stay in Milano. It's very near to Milano Centrale, there are the busses to Airport, the Metro station, the trains, taxis. You can take the metro and you can go anywhere you want so fast. It's very close to Duomo di Milano by metro just few stops. We had a great stay in the hotel and we want to say one more time "Grazie"

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff there were extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They very generously gave us a room upgrade! What a way to start the honeymoon! The suite we stayed in was incredible. There is nothing we didn't like (apart from having to leave), haha. Staff pointed us in the direction of the best restaurants to get breakfast/meals. A short and easy walk to the train and metro station. Only a 30-minute walk into Milan Centre. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants selling delicious food. If I ever return to milan, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making the start of our honeymoon so special.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It was the best stay at Milano since my first time coming years ago.Everyone from the staff was so sweet,helpful and kind.I can’t say one single bad word for the hotel.It was super clean,everyday we were stocked whit water and coffee.The hotel is no more than 5 min. walk round the metro and Central station.Recommend a 110% you won’t get disappointed!

Clean,close to the metro and central station,calm and beautiful neighbourhood whit lot of cheap and delicious food places near.Perfect hotel.
