Hotel is in a nice area, there are plenty of restaurants around, public transportation is right at the door, train station is walking distance from the hotel. The place is a little old but so, so clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was super quiet. All the staff we met were very pleasant and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure delivered! No AC but there was a fan in the room It was much better than what I expected and I'd go back with no hesitation.

One thing to keep in mind: if you use a wheelchair, or if you travel with gigantic suitcases, you won't be able to use the elevator. Bathroom could use a fresh paint job.

There is so kind guys who work at reception. If you want something they will help you fully as much as they can. I feel it was over than 5 stars hotel. No, I can say I meet friends. If you think people than facility and It's not hot summer, I recommend this hotel.

To be honestly, It's quite cheap hotel in Milan as price. So there is some uncomfortable things. For example, in hot summer season, you can feel hot easily cause it's not air-conditioning hotel. But employees are very kind and warm, so... except hot summer season, it's quite good hotel.

Nice place, location was great, close to central station and a short tram ride to the city centre. We arrived to Milan early at around 11:30 and were really pleased they let us check in then. We were also expecting to have a shared bathroom, but actually had an en-suite, so that was a big bonus. It's not luxury accommodation, but defintely reasonable for the price.

Lots of stairs! This wasn't an issue for us, but would definitely not recommend for anyone who struggles with stairs.

The room is a lot bigger than we thought! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was difficult to find, not where the map says it is as it is the fourth floor of a building. All the rooms and reception are on the same floor so you can hear all the conversations being had in reception over night when new guests are arriving (walls are a bit thin)

We had such a wonderful stay here! The facilities were very clean and great value for money. Near the train station and they even let us store our bags before our we needed to leave. The staff were super warm and friendly and made our stay as three girls feel very safe. If I come back to Milan I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks Hotel Arno.

There is no aircon - however a fan is provided and for the cost of the accommodation not something we minded missing out on.

Very good location - central station is only 10 mins walk and there are other metro stops only a few mins walk and tram stops just outside the hotel. There's also a lovely restaurant next door with great food. The staff at the reception are super nice and available 24/7. The room itself is a cosy but nice place to stay for a few days - just make sure to ask for a quiet room when making the booking so that your room is facing away from the main road.

The lift is quite small but that's pretty normal for many places in Milan. No air conditioning, only a fan so it's fine for most of the year since you can just keep the window open if you're hot. The wifi connection in our room was very limited (often not connecting) since it was the furthest away but connection was fine closer to the main reception desk area.

Location, space, value The hotel is well-located (12 mins walk to Centrale and a range of public transport to take you across the city) and the welcome was warm and professional. There is a lift (I won't spoil the surprise) as it's on the 4th floor. The beds are comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. There are powerpoints (albeit dated) and WiFi. Obviously, it's a 1 star hotel so don't expect the Ritz. However, for our group of 3 males, in Milan for a couple of days, it served the purpose perfectly.

Met my expectations. As others have mentioned, the trams below make some noise first thing in the morning (the price to pay for being well-located!)

The staff were great, Ralphie checked us in and he was really accomodating. The bed was big and very comfy with clean sheets. Clean towels and soap provided. 10 min walk from Milano Centrale and lots of nice restaurants to choose from nearby. Great value for money

The bathroom had some mould in there and the trains were noisy on an evening
