Room is spacious and spotless clean, bed was huge and comfortable, A/C was a welcome relief from the heat and the balcony is huge. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us a power adapter for the outlets and let us check out a bit later so we can finish some work calls. WiFi is very good and stable. Location is not very central, but well connected and suited our purposes. Lots of dining options in the area, and the provided breakfast was good and with a nice view. We also appreciated the fact that there was a proper desk to work from in the room and another dining table so we could both catch up on work. Gym has amazing views and a good selection of cardio machines (though unplugged...?) and some weight lifting machines (but no free weights unfortunately). Water pressure in the shower was great, and the provided towels were huge!

This is nitpicking, but the decor is a bit outdated. Balcony could use a couple of chairs and a small table. My biggest issue was the gym on the top floor, which is very obviously a converted ballroom. Though endowed with lots of space, amazing views and functioning equipment, could do with proper flooring (it's slippery!), A/C, some dumbbells and ideally a barbell on a squat rack. You have the space, you could do so much more with it. At the very least have some yoga mats... Doing exercises on the rugs/slippery floors was not ideal. It could also be nice to have some smaller towels for hands/gym. The boiled eggs at breakfast were very undercooked and cold, which was odd.

Eventhough the building doesn't look great from the outside, the inside of the hotel and the rooms are very nice. The room was huge! And the bed was very comfortable (i love firm mattresses). The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with shampoo and bodybash alongside soap and hair dryer.

I think €12 is kinda pricey for a breakfast, but we're in Milan after all. The room was a little bit cold, considering that there is a huge wardrobe in the room maybe having some blankets in it could make things easier.

The room was really big and we enjoyed just sitting on the big sunny balcony and relaxing for the first few hours after we got there. The staff were amazing and helped me print something out and receive a little parcel, easy peasy. Breakfast was banging too. Even had GF bread which is rare for most hotels we’ve stayed in. Lovely open feel to the place. Great value for lonely in comparison to AirBnB and other hotels in the area.

Not much…the drains seemed a little bit stinky in the bathroom, so shut the door to stop any smell permeating the bedroom…water pressure also a bit intermittent. Could have been nice with some balcony furniture, but none of this stuff affected what a lovely stay in Milan we had.

I liked the staff from the entire hotel, very friendly and helpful from the reception to the workers from breakfast. The room was big enough for two of us but could be big enough even for families with kids thanks to the sofa that is extendable. You have 3 clean big towels and 2 sets of soap, shampoo, shower gel and more that that intimate gel and ear sticks. A plus was the big mirror both from the room and also from the bathroom. Time for check out is 12:00 which is great. We had the possibly to leave the bags to the reception for free while we still visited the city before our leaving out of the city.

Limescale has been deposited on the sanitary items. That stainless steel was crying for cleanliness...

The staff were nice and friendly. The room theme was old fashion style, which was quite interesting. Peaceful and quite also the breakfast was delicious. The metro was very close to get to center city and there were parks nearby as well to take our child to the swings.

Honestly, the room door shut very fast and hard and the kitchen faucet was loose. The switches for the lights were a little different to use because they were very sensitive. The bed was a bit rough than expected and when I opened the window, it was stuck. I had to climb and detach it from above. The area felt a bit ghetto.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the maciachini metro stop. There are a number of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The wifi was excellent and the bath tub was useful. If you want to use the kitchenette, it is good to be aware that there are no utensils, cups, plates or cookware (other than a free bottle of water and two paper cups on arrival).

The sliding cupboard door in our room was broken and did not open. We reported it but it was not fixed for the duration of our stay.

We stayed recently at the hotel, 2 adults and 1 child. We liked how big our room was, the fact it had a kitchenette area was a bonus - fridge, freezer, microwave, hob. All staff were extremely helpful and everytime we asked for something it wasn't a bother at all and they had what we needed - bottle opener, iron (they have a laundrette room) umbrella Beds were super comfy! Breakfast was good for what we paid - it's buffet and on until 10.30am. Close the 2 metro lines which we used daily. Large bath towels which you don't always get!

The room was a tad dusty, we have dust allergies so I did a wipe around and we could tell on our second day it was fairly dusty

A review from someone who stayed here 10 days. The position is very convenient to reach the center and the Central Station. There are two metro station on M3 and M5 nearby. There is a big and safe parking right in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is quyet, safe and clean. Taxi to the Central Station conecting airports 11 Euro. Big hypermarkets relatively close. The staff is very friendly and supportive at the front desk, also at breakfast. The rooms are large enough, we had an appartment for 3 persons with a great confortable big bed and a usefull kitchen with a large fridge and cooker. Very quiet. Large balcony. The room was fixed every day for ten 10 days which is really something special !!! Wifi is very strong. The breakfast satisfies almost all tastes, but the same every day. Also not very precious but convenient. For a longer stay could be suffer a bit of monotony. Over all is a very good choice price vs services. With some little things to improve is a wonderfull 4 stars hotel. From us in 10 days has a 10.

The bathroom must be updated, in particular water taps have some water loss

The location was very good for the price, close to the city centre and local public transport stops. The breakfast were average only, almost no vegetables, very little variety of food, but the croissants and coffee were very good. The breakfast room is very nice with nice views.

The hotel has its best years behind and needs some reconstruction... The rooms are good and big enough with separate living room. The bed is very comfortable. There are absolutely no dishes and glasses except of paper glasses but one of them was dirty - used already by someone!!

Staff was good, spacious room, clean towels, room cleaning every day although we stayed only 3 nights, also they have breakfast in hotel restaurant on 8th floor buffet very good continental. Metro station is 5 minutes walk, calm neighborhood, and amazing restaurant La Sirenella across the street - fish restaurant! :)

They could put at least glasses and forks and knifes in the kitchen in the room, bathtub is a bit old but functioning.
