Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan

Everything was absolutely fabulous. I travel to Milano once a year and my usual hotel was fully booked so I gave this a go. It’s possibly the best hotel in Milano right now. All of the staff go out of their way to help and ensure you have an exceptional stay. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious along with the drinks. The room was of the highest quality. Don’t forget to use the SPA services - what a relaxing massage from Alessandra. Grazie tanto tutti ancora! I will see you next year for sure.

It’s a little bit pricey, but it’s almost a brand new 5 star hotel & if you like to spend a little big when on holidays like me, then this is the hotel for you!

Everything was absolutely stunning. We went to Milano for one night for a special occasion. The staff helped me organize something unforgettable. We also recieved a room upgrade. I can highly recommend this Hotel if you are considering a stay in Milano. + Staff will happily help you with your wishes + clean, beautiful rooms + great location + she said yes🎉 Thank you very much again. I think we will never forget your Hotel.

Absolutely luxurious hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The coffee was delicious. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was super clean. Very recommended.

The staff was very professional well trained and very hospitable. It made our stay feel as if we were at home, I thank giulia specifically because she took care of the tiniest detail of our requests and will definitely come back in the near future. Facility and location were comfortable and great as well.

It’s a very well designed hotel! It’s very beautiful, in a historic building but renovated with all good details. The collection room is spacious with very comfortable bed! I love the clothing heater in bathroom. The idea of having that is allowing you to try your clothes or towels! The location is good with the price. It takes about 10 minutes walking to the Duomo and only 2 minutes to the train station Missori (which is just 5 stops to Milan Central Station). Great location. The staff are helpful and polite! They know everything so well and are always able to help. The breakfast is amazing, more than enough. Love the restaurant downstairs, must try their in-room dining or just dine in there, the food and service are great!

Location is a bit far from many restaurants, you have to go to other neighbourhoods. My husband asked for extra tea bags and they refused to provide them because they were complimentary! Ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. The staff were not always super friendly, normally you are greeted in the morning but they didn’t always acknowledge you when you saw them in the morning. I asked for an email to be printed and they didn’t bring it to my room I had to ask again and then it was printed and brought up. Reception didn’t know how to get to the airport by train which was surprising.

We had breakfast in the garden which was such a lovely view. I was a total fan of the bottomless mimosas.

Amazing service, beautiful facilities and great location! They upgraded our room for free, arranged early check-in and gave us complementary macaroons. Very attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were super clean, had bunch of nice toiletries and sound isolation, peaceful sleep guaranteed.

Food does not match the level of the service and facilities, but it was still decent, not a deal-breaker. Coffee was delicious and the attendant - extremely nice.
