Location, style

On the day I stayed price was rather high presumably due to demand in Milano. For a somewhat lower price I would have said excellent but like this it is a very good based on the location and style and friendliness of staff

Room could have been cleaner

A really nice hotel, which is located in the very center of the city (the Duomo is away only two minutes by walk), so the location is 10/10. The hotel is located in the passage, on the right, and is located on the second floor of a large building. The hotel rooms are located on the inside of the building (windows and balconies overlook the courtyard of the building) so you have absolutely no noise from the busy side of the main street, which is great. The rooms are excellently designed, they are large, and the toilet is also very modern and tidy. The whole apartment was very clean and during the day you also have a room cleaning service. The location, the quiet environment even though you are in the city center, the cleanliness of the room and the very pleasant design, made us feel very comfortable during our stay. If you come by car, we recommend to park your car in underground garage called Central parking Srl, which is an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The garage is very secure, with day guards and is locked at night with a large iron fence, which was very important for us because we had valuable things in the car that we did not take with us. Highly recommend!

Nice location and newly decorated room.

Hotel is located inside a shopping facility and is very hard to locate because does not have a vivid sign of the hotel. Cleaniness was not up to the hotel standards. The toothbrushholder had white residue left from previous guests. Corners of the bathroom had mold. Water tank from coffee machine was full of build up a calcium and I did not feel comfortable using it.

The hotel was very new and in a great and very central location! I liked my spacious room, it was very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and wi-fi worked great.

There were only two things that could have been better: rain shower head is great for men, but I am not a fan of them when I don't want to get my hair wet and entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky.

very very nice bedroom! i was impressed. extremely clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. they even had 2 wine bottles (€15 ea) for us in the mini fridge. nice touch :) staff at front desk were always super helpful and friendly. they recommended restaurants in the area and were able to store our bags at checkout since our flight was at night. the location is also amazing! 4 minutes from Duomo, in a very central area near 2 subway statios (duomo and missouri). surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores.

the hotel is in the second floor of a building that is located inside a gallery. so in order to go in you need to pass through the gallery gate, then the building’s door, and then go up to 2nd floor (elevator available). this can be annoying for some, but it was not an issue for us. they gave us fob/keys and we were able to go in and out even after hours very easily. also, the hotel doesn’t have amenities. so be aware of that and don’t expect nothing more than the front desk and you bedroom.

Great location near to duomo. Safe hotel since it’s inside the gallery & entry by card. Bathroom provided with towels, tissues, soap, shower gel & shampoo. M20 is a Quiet & clean hotel. I would stay there again ofc!

Coffee machine katel was dirty and i asked to clean it but still dirty so I couldn’t drink coffee in the hotel. Theres dust on cups & plates.

The rooms were clean and the location was a short 5 minute walk to Duomo and the metro station. The main train station (Milano Centrale) was 10 minutes away (used the metro train). There are lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

The rooms are not soundproof. There were a lot of banging from outside and we can hear the rooms next to us. Also, the shower door opens towards the inside of the shower, it was difficult to walk into the shower and water would flood the bathroom.
