The location is excellent! The hotel is very close to the Duomo, and the metro station is a 3 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out are fast and smooth. The hotel has an elevator as well.

The room we stayed in could have been cleaner. The floor was a bit dirty, and the furniture was quite dusty. The breakfast is average, and I think you can find better alternatives in the city for €12 per person. There was constant noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms due to poor sound isolation.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful and obliging. Special thanks to the amazing Guendalina- nothing was too much effort.

The hotel is located in the city center and in a walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The room was also very clean and spacious.

The mattress of the double bed were not very comfortable and the couch which is used as a third bed wasn’t comfortable either.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and matched what we expected from the pictures. It was quiet despite being near a busy road. The location is amazing with only 5-10 minutes walk from the cathedral and Piazza del Duomo (the main square in Milan).

The breakfast could have been better. There wasn’t a huge selection of food which was slightly disappointing. There was also quite a lot of fruit flies around the food when we were there, although it was almost 40 degrees at the time so that may be the reason. A smaller issue was the movement-triggered light in our room which we couldn’t find a way to switch off, meaning if either of us got out of bed during the night, the light would come on. Last thing is that the fish tank at reception is very empty, the fish need some plants or some extras to keep them occupied.

Sonder Hotel is an easy walk to Duomo and Missori Metro just outside. We enjoyed the location , being able to walk down the street to have a drink or dine at the 4 or 5 places. Also walked easily to the Naviglio Grande canal one evening. We had a warm welcome at reception being given refreshments before heading out exploring before our room was ready. Our bags were stored until then. Comfortable bed and room.

Weeks prior to arriving the ore arrival email detailing on-line check-in was kind of complicated and confusing. Fortunately reception communicated via WhatsApp messaging so I could complete any details needed. She was very helpful and understanding.

The amount of pre arrival admin, having to download an app, and the amount of emails and correspondence prior to arrival made everything seem quite difficult. This was not the case up on arrival, but the volume of emails etc... did add some stress.

We stayed here for one night in July, we were 6 people, however my brother joined us last minute so we asked if they could accommodate him in one of the 3 rooms we reserved, as there are big sofas in each that can be converted into a bed (with extra charge of course). but the hotel staff refused and suggested that we can book a single room for him, which will cost us a huge sum of money, as the hotel rates are considered very high. My brother had to book a room in a hotel nearby ( which was great and much cheaper )

Only one elevator that was out of service night a next morning. Shower hot water was warm most of the tine

We were surprised how big the rooms were for the 4 of us. Liked the fact that we could easily store our luggages. The toilets were of decent size with long baths too. We enjoyed the 2 grocery stores nearby - Esselunga and Carrefour Market. Food and eateries nearby too. We ate at decent Seitaly across the road to watch the Qatar World Cup 2022. It's also a short 8 min walk to Duomo, so the location is great.

Somehow, even when the rooms are big, the 2 TVs were positioned back to back to each other, so when I tried to turn one on, it also switched on the TV behind it as well.

The location is great, just a few block from il duomo, size of the room is pretty comfortable, quiet and clean, we arrived a little bit earlier than the check-in time but they managed to let us in before time front desk guys were quite nice with us, the breakfast price is really reasonable and they give you severas options, great place to stay in milano

I think the check-in time is pretty late, 4:00pm and even if you are willing to pay for a early check-in, you can’t do it in advance, may be 2:00 pm would workout better for the guests, even though the will help you in the front desk if you arrived earlier than expected
