Pretty good hotel , the staff were polite and friendly, the place was very clean, the room was spacious, nice view, nice location next to the metro, the breakfast was ok, yeah I would recommend it.

Silly reasons following: I didnt liked the interior design of the hotel, bit outdated and random, specially of the lobby, looked like a public service lobby/offices, also the elevators were small and didnt had mirrors. also there were couple of high stairs at the entrance which makes it hard for accessibility , probably they have another entrance accessible for strollers/wheelchairs/big luggage

The hotel was well placed, close to metro. Also there is what to see in that area. Personal was very friendly and helpful.

We wouldn’t call it 4 star hotel, as the rooms are a bit smaller, it didn’t have a balcony and the plugs don’t meet the todays standards. Also, the cosmetic set (shower gel/soap) as a standard component was reduced to one person per night (we were 2 persons) and if we wanted more, we had to call to the reception. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking so we had to drive to the garage that works with them and this was not included in the price, but it’s 19€/day and it was written before we booked a room.

Booked last minute as our flight to the UK was cancelled and we had to wait two days before getting another flight home, due to air traffic control. The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff on reception very friendly. The bed was comfortable, the room very quiet and the shower was great. Loved the breakfast buffet.

The bathroom amenities were single use plastic tubes which wasn’t sustainable.

a wonderful stay in a clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and the location was so good. The metro is literally 5 mins up the road! we even walked into the centre where the cathedral was, only took 15 mins! we went to a really amazing sushi restaurant opposite this hotel too which i totally recommended, their passionfruit vodka was an extra treat! overall would definitely come back and stay here again! staff let us store our luggage all day too! I liked the idea touches of the face masks and water!

the room did get quite warm.

The staff were great, the room was quite large and comfy and clean with air conditioning. My sister had the room next door which had a nice big bath, but we only had a shower for some reason. Quite close to a metro station that goes to the Duomo & Milano Centrale. Also close to a tram that goes to the station. We didn't choose breakfast so can't comment on that.

The air conditioning made a dripping noise so I ended up wearing earplugs. I didn't mention it to the hotel though, so they never had a chance to fix it / change rooms which they may well have done.

This hotel is amazing! The customer service is top-notch, they really go above and beyond! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was so comfy we slept for 18 hours straight! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there are great restaurants nearby. The staff checked us in early and took care of our bags even after check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Hotel in good location even if a little far from the centre but it's close to the Metro as only two stops to the Duomo. You could walk but it would take a good 30 to 40 mins so good exercise. The room was spacious and bathroom clean and the air conditioning was good to have to keep you cool from the hot summer days. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There seemed to be lots of restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel which were full of people at night so even though I didn't eat in any of the restaurant, I wouldn't have hesitated in going to any of them. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting the beautiful city of Milan.

It probably was a little too far from central Milan but the Metro was close so it was an easy train ride.

Second time in Una Mediterraneo and not the last one. Very friendly and helpful staff, also helped with the baggage/car loading. Secure parking nearby. Nice clean room, big nice bathroom, very good water pressure. Italian breakfast buffet with lots of choice - order your coffee with the waiters, it will be better than the machine coffee :-) Storing baggage between check-out and departure possible. We recommend!

We had a bathroom with window, with 36 degrees outside it was very hot bc of the sun shining into the bathroom. We sweated a lot after showering ;-)

Excellent great breakfast! Good location, near metro. Very clean and white bed sheets.

My expectations from Executive room were much higher. Even if it was a separate room for 3rd person, the Room was very small with 1 chair, so we couldn’t have a cup of tea together. Folding sofa was uncomfortable. Room needs renovation.

Excellent location-nice neighborhood, close to the city center (app. 20 min. walk), or close to the metro station. Fantastic breakfast. Room was nice, clean, equipped with everything you need. The staff was very kind and helpful. All in all - perfect
