The location is fantastic; it's a two-minute walk from the Metro station and a ten-minute walk from Piazza Duomo. It is also very quiet despite being in the city center. We had a room on the first floor and nothing ever disturbed us. The room was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk exceptionally polite and helpful.

The room had somewhat poor ventilation so we occasionally had to open the window to refresh the air. That's not much of a problem in Milan since the whole city smells either of expensive perfume or jasmine and greenery, depending on where you are. The price was somewhat high at 415 euros for a first-floor normal double room.

In excellent location close to shops. They had tea and coffee making facilities and even biscuits and breakfast things complementary which was really nice.

We were in a building next door to the main Suites The locking system to get into and out of the doors was frustrating as it took several goes to get it to lock. Maybe once you get the hang of it it may be better but we were there 3 days and still had trouble. You also need a key to get out the main door that gets locked each night as it seemed to be in a residents building so no 24 hour reception in that area. Cleaning could be a little better, floors need a good clean especially around the edges but bathrooms were spotless.

This is my second time staying here and my experience has been consistently outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring my needs are met. The spacious rooms are a huge plus, with generous bathrooms that don't skimp on space. What really sets this place apart, though, is the tasteful and stylish decor which strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and warm homeliness. This unique atmosphere makes each stay feel special. With two wonderful experiences under my belt, I will definitely be booking here again for my third visit, and likely many more after that. Highly recommended for a consistently great stay!

The air conditioning system does need urgent attention or possibly an overhaul. This was a recurring issue across both of my stays. The hotel staff did attempt to mitigate the problem by providing me with two fans, which I appreciate. However, the room was still uncomfortably warm. Despite this issue, my overall experiences have been largely positive and I fully intend to return next year. I trust that by then, these air conditioning issues will be addressed and resolved.

We were impressed with the stylish and modern decor, as well as the nice scent of the diffuser within the property. The room was clean and well-appointed with nice toiletries. There is hotel reception 24hrs and optional wellness services. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and it was a short walk to the luxury shopping belt of Via Monte Napoleone street. We opted for the room with a jacuzzi and it was a great choice to have after a long day of walking. We would stay again at MonteNapoleone Suites!

There was loud ongoing renovation between 10am-5pm but not an issue for us as we were usually out by then. A small flask for making hot water would be useful for guests, esp those traveling with young children.

The very central location in a small quiet street, the design of the room which was spacious and Stylish. There is an espresso machine in the room which was excellent The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything we contacted.

The air conditioning was weak and if we were in August it would not have been enough to cool the whole room.

The hotel's location is superb, just next to the Duomo, and it has a cool "Moda" vibe. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Once, we had an issue with the taxi van that was supposed to take us to the airport, but they quickly stepped in to defend us, and solved it by getting us another taxi within 5 minutes. The room is clean, the air-conditioning works fine, and the bathroom has a bidet, not a "Shatafa." The rooms have name not number :)

The hotel doesn't offer its own parking area, but there's an option available for about 30 euros a day at a parking lot 500 meters away. Something unexpected for me was that they hold onto the car keys at the parking lot. I assume this might be common in Milan, as they have to shuffle cars to make space due to double parking in the lot. As for the suite, it's quite spacious, though it's worth noting that it's not divided into separate rooms. Instead, it's a single huge room featuring two king-size beds. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, pool ... etc.

The locations is the best. The room is well equipped. Clean and new, super comfy bed and super nice reception. I and my friend have great time here. We booked for suite and asked for twin room but currently suite have only King. The hotel manage and set up the sofa to be another king bed for us. With this generous room size, I and my friend can have a good stay with some privacy. We also book Taxi service to airport which is smooth. One good thing is hotel is near supermarket and pharmacy store, just right across the stree. Everything is perfect so we are recommend and we will come back if we have a chance to Milan again.

No Breakfast but it is okay for us. We can go around town to have nice breakfast near the hotel.

Good welcome and smooth check-in. The room was much bigger than we expected. Comfortable large bed and a fantastic bathroom. The whole space was immaculately clean. Lots of little details in the room and hotel which were very much appreciated. The weather was hot during our stay, so it was nice to return to a wonderfully cool air-conditioned room. Great location for us, situated very close to shopping areas. About 10 min walk to the Duomo also close to the Brera district. Carrefour on the doorstep is very handy and was used by us daily. We met around 3 different reception staff during our stay. They were all friendly and professional, always greeted us with a smile, and were happy to answer any queries we had.

Everything in the room was exceptionally clean. Free coffee and simple breakfast items were provided. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Location was great - 5 min walk to the subway station. A number of good restaurants is also within 5-10 min walk.

5 am trash pickup by the city. That was rather loud.

The experience of staying at MONTENAPOLEONE SUITES was very good. The following points are highly recommended: Excellent location: it is very convenient to visit Duomo di Milano or go shopping on Via Monte Napoleone. Moreover, there is a Carrefour supermarket just across the street, which is also very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. Friendly hotel staff: the service staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and they were always willing to answer any questions we had. Great room experience: the spacious room was very comfortable to stay in, and there was a fantastic large bathtub where we could relax after a tiring day of travel.
