The hotel was located in the city centre, we stayed on the 12th floor and the view was lovely!! Breakfast was very nice, loads of cheese and I could get a hot breakfast which was lovely. The bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with sinks for him and her.

Visited the bathroom after we just checked in and someone didn't clean up after themselves when flushed. Meaning the toilet wasn't washed before we checked in, which was a shame as scores would have been a lot higher for cleanliness. The rest was spotless! Another thing was the room size which I thought was quite small for a bed this big! Not complaining about bed size but the room could be a bit bigger/less cluttered .

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of local amenities, as well as public transport nearby.

The television did not work upon arrival, and the USB socket at the desk was broken.

The hotel is in a very convenient location within 5minutes walking distance of subway and about 100 meters from the bus station. It is very close to Duomo, and you can even choose to walk from the hotel - it is not that far. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we found the rooms to be very clean. We were upgraded to a large room, which were more than enough for two people travelling for a couple of days so we were really happy! We travel a lot - and we would definitely stay in this hotel again :)

The room was a bit cold and A/C did not have a higher setting. This was not a huge issue as we were aware that temperature preferences might change from one location to another, however it would have been great if it was possible to have a 1-2 C higher A/C setting for convenience.

The staff were awesome all of them especially Francesca and Caroline. They made my stay pleasant and comfortable. My special thanks to them and if I decide to go back it would be because of them and their professional way of handling requests and comments. In fact all people working at this hotel were nice starting from the door man to the housekeeping team. Location was great close to many places. Duomo is about 15 minutes walk and restaurants and stores were close by. Supermarket was walking distance which was convenient. It was unfortunate that I had to leave one day earlier than the plan but I will go back next time.

Normal size rooms but for me it was a bit small. I would think they have other bigger rooms.

The (second!) room we got, was exactly what we expected to get when booking a superior room. The maress was fantastic as were the pillows. The breakfast was superb, and the selection of products was way above you often get in Italian hotels.

We booked the more expensive superior room because it offers more space according to the details published on booking.com. Standard room: 20 m2, Superior room: 22 m2. But then they squeezed us into a room, that only was 18 m2 (the measure app on the iphone came really handy). It seems to be used as a single room, since there was only one sink in the bathroom, all other rooms have two sinks according to the escape plan in the room. Since we arrived late we didn't have the energy for changing room that night. Next morning we went to the reception and made our complaint - and we finally got the room we had booked. What we don't understand: Why did you put us into a chicken cage at the first place? Hoping we would not notice?

there was not anything that I didn’t like. Could not get the towel holder warm but did not ask how, so that is on me.

Absolutely the facilities are in great conditions and very comfortable rooms at night to sleep after the noise in the city. Moreover, the staff are very friendly, helpful, joyful and smiling all the time. They give us free breakfast of 3 days because we extend our stay 3 times. They give us romantic welcoming with free chocolate in bed with red ballon because of our anniversary my wife & I. I will definitely repeat the stay at the same hotel if I am coming back to Milan!! 🫶🏽💐 Regards Abdullah

Room service not changing glasses and they don’t put water in daily basis.

Location is very convenient Room was nice with the great view

Breakfast is just so poor It’s a first time we did not have iron in the room and it’s inconvenient No glasses in the room but drinks are in the mini bar - don’t know how they are expecting guests to drink a drinks (paper cups for coffee machine, don’t think it’s up to standard for €550 a night)

Room was very clean and in modern style. We were satisfied with localisation of the hotel as it was close to Duomo and you can walk only for 15 minutes to get there. It was also close to Metro so you can easily travel long distances. Easy to check in, and our room was ready a few hours before the normal check-in, so we do not need to wait.

The breakfast was poor, because we expected more Italian food, and everything looked like ordered in Carrefour. We expected also more dishes. You cannot make a cafe on your own, you need to ask hotel staff to prepare it (would be much easier if there are a few coffee machines). Finally the worst issue was an information at reception that we need to pay €28 for using a mini bar, which we have not used. But after our complaint hotel has cancelled a payment...

The Hotel was clean and the room was good size. the location was very close to the center and around it , it had nice coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. we did not have breakfast in hotel as we preffered to try the bakaeries outside. but overall it was very satisfying.

If there was a parking in the hotel. the parking is a 5 min walk around and to get there by car, due to road works was a bit challenging. In the rooms, they did not have free water bottles , at least on the first day.
