A beautiful villa and an excellent host. Olga was always available and helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible providing suggestions for restaurants and feeding us with tea, coffee and cake!! The property is in a very quiet location guaranteeing a relaxing stay yet only a ten minute walk from the station where you can take a direct train to Venice. The town of Mirano is a ten minute drive away with a good selection of restaurants and bars. The grounds are fully enclosed so it's very pet friendly - our dog could roam the place safely which was a nice bonus. It was a little too cool to use the pool when we were there but it looked very clean and well maintained. The room was well furnished, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed I would highly recommend Olga's place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with good access to Venice and the surrounding area.

It was a perfect stay, very comfortable and extremely clean house with an amazing breakfast. we arrived late night with 2 kids and Olga prepared us a delicious dinner. The garden is beautiful, our room was upstairs with a balcony and kids stayed in a bunkbed. Everything was absolutely perfect. Olga is a GREAT host. Go to Venice is so east by train and restaurant in the city center was great. Having a car is good but otherwise it is easy to go to train station by walking. This was one of the best stay via booking. Thank you Olga

absolutely nothing

Olga and her daughter are the kindest, most welcoming hosts we ever had. Every little thing you could need is provided without asking, including prosecco at the pool, pool towels, drinks in the kitchen, shampoo etc. Olga even read our fortune in our espresso cups after breakfast 😀. Laundry was done for us without charge. The family room is actually a small separate house at the pool with access to two terraces, a small kitchen and the pool. The garden and views are very nice. Pool very inviting and clean with comfortable loungers. Ping pong table to entertain the kids. Very convenient location with Venice and Padova less than 30 min away (and Venice can also be reached in a 20-min train ride from Mira-Mirano station a 3 min ride/15 min walk from the house). Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights. Retrospectively I think the best way to enjoy it is to go to Venice only for a morning and then enjoy the afternoon at the pool. Or go to Venice just for dinner when it is cooler and less crowded. We could have easily stayed here for a week combining citytrips with relaxing at the house. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great place, fantastic facilities. Very convenient to visit Venice by train, avoiding the hassle of driving. Place is peaceful, great pool to relax and Olga is a delightful host.

The only thing to keep in mind is you need a car to stay here if you want to explore all the surrounding area has to offer.

The language was sometimes difficult. But Olga's daughter spoke perfect English so this made up for it.

Relaxing location close to a train station that leads you directly to venice! Loved the swimming pool.

The room inside the house was very spacious and comfortable. The poolhouse was also spacious and comfortable There was a private kitchen for our use which had all the amenities. The house was close to the train station and other shops.

There were too many misquitos, especially in the evening so you had to stay inside. This is a bed and breakfast so you would expect breakfast for no additional charge but they charged 15 euros pp for brekfast. Staying there for 3 days was already too expensive so having no breakfast included was a pity
