Most of the personell were super welcoming and happy with the kids running around, but others made us feel unwelcome. Also we were told that the pool costs extra since we booked through booking, which is not mentioned any where but the pool area is great specially after a hot day in Venice. Venice is a busride or taxi plus boatride away. Great and quiet zone. The breakfast is great, big and nice variety that you order a day in advance and its very generous.

Pool cost should be mentioned on the site upon booking. It wasnt totally clean under beds, some spider webs and walls stained but we also chose the economic room, our friends had the nicer room and it was bigger and cleaner + brighter

Very nice family own hotel with nice owners and staff. Nice park and pool area including jucuzzi, Very clean shower-toilet-changing rooms by the pool. Good drink, snacks and toast options to eat in the garden. The bus stop just outside the hotel area with bus going to Venice was very convinient. A lot of parking options in the shadows. The Mirano center was also nice worth visiting with mainly local people in the resturants and bars.

When the lady who served the aperitivo realised I didn't know where to go for dinner and there were no good options nearby she offered to make a salad and that was really great! 100 punti !!!

The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was attentive and respectful. I did not utilize the pool, but it appeared nice. Great Restaurant just across the street.

It was a little warm in the breakfast area, but maybe I am just not used to the heat. Overall......a pretty pleasant place.

We had to pay extra for the pool and the rooms. Booking/we had reserved.two single rooms, when two double rooms were needed. So bit of a hassle there. And the pool was not included in the price, you had to pay 10€+3€ for the cap / person.

Very large and clean pool amid the trees. We enjoyed it 200 %. We had bikes at our disposal to go out to town for dinner (bring bike lights if you plan to do the same!). The staff was so friendly and kind. We will be back.

The breakfast was poor... That could be a point of attention. Wholewheat bread and boiled eggs might make a difference.

Situated in an enormous park u you will find a wonderful place to stay just a trainride away from Venice. The staff is warm and welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious with views in the garden and comfortable beds. If you don’t want to visit the city of Mirano for dinner or a drink you find a restaurant and a bar with nice offerings.

Sad to only be able to stay one night. We’ve been touring Europe for four weeks and and stayed in some great places but this has to have been the best. Everyone has been friendly and the room, facilities and food have all been outstanding 😀👍

Beautiful hotel, very good breakfast, kind staff. Beautiful pool, which I sadly couldn"t use.

I was surprised when I found out that breakfast and pool was"t included in the reservation, nevertheless I beleived that was included in my reservation. Pool I could"t use because of opening times ( I came late and gone early), but for breakfast I needed to pay separately.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the location and the atmosphere of the Villa is amazing!

I haven’t realized on booking that we have to pay an extra cost for using the pool.
