It has a very nice park that you can enter directly from your room, so my dogs got the chance to have fun on this vocation too. All the people working there are very nice. It also has a nice salon where you can sit and read. The hotel is based in a very quiet and pretty area, but it takes only about 20 minutes too drive to the ferry by car to go to Venice or 40 min to drive to Jesolo. Shopping malls are also easy within reach.

In the village itself its not easy to find a good restaurant thats open, you have to drive further away. A bathrobe in the room would be nice.

Beautiful hotel with great surroundings. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. Good variety of fresh food. Swimming pool is a good size. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Good selection of food at the pool bar and great meals served at the hotel restaurant. Bus stop with Venice connection right outside the hotel. In overall I would recommend to friends and family.

The swimming pool would benefit from a clean. The dirt on the tiles isn't very welcoming. The moving of outside furniture and sliding it in early hours right outside your windows makes it a little bit difficult to have a sleep in. TV has only local or satellite channels. Unfortunately no smart tv options were available.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Patriarca! The staff were friendly and accomodating. The included breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious. The pool and grounds were beautiful and the rooms were well appointed and charming. It was a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of the canals. We would certainly stay again!

It was very warm when we stayed and the airconditioning struggled, aside from that, everything was so lovely!

Rooms are clean but starting show some ageing. Like in the corner of our room huge waterstain in the wall and some wear on the floors. But that wont matter that much. Lack of ac, atleast in our room will be more of the pain in summer time. i think there is ac in some rooms? Location was good for us traveling rental car, but if not there is like one hour trip to the venice "main centre" in the bus.

The staff kindly informed us that the air conditioning system could not be activated until June in compliance with local regulations. However, due to the oppressive heat, we noticed that there was no fan available to alleviate the discomfort during the night.

Breakfast was lovely, and the venue is delightful (very popular wedding site, and there was in fact a wedding reception taking place on premises the afternoon we arrived). Breakfast was generous and varied, and the dining room is quite pleasant.

Be sure not to get a room facing the front. My travel companion had to change her ground floor room after the first night because people (workers?) were talking loudly right outside her room starting at 6 a.m. My room faced the rear garden and outdoor party/reception area and was very quiet. THere is no grocery nearby - you have to walk about a kilometer. I did find a frutteria where I was able to purchase water, wine, and fruit. It was about a 7-8 minute walk .

The restaurant in the hotel was out of service for dinner but the staff recommend us s few good restaurants near by. Breakfast we had in the hotel and it was excellent.

The fridge in the room was too noisy. We had to unplug it from electricity so we can sleep. Since the building is quite old, you can hear your neighbors very well, so overall experience depends how loud your neighbors are. The bathroom in really tiny, but for one or two night is fine. No air-condition in the room.

the breakfast was good .My room was just what i saw in the picture perfect the pool area was very great the snack bar was just right it was not crowed

The staff was excellent the front desk staff Sofia & Patrica it could not be excellent without Maria Grazia you have some of the best staff i have ever come cross i had another booking and cancelled glad i did it was worth the cancellation.

Location, beautiful garden, but the pool wasn’t woking when we where there. Staff were great, both girls from reception are amazing. So helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicous. Try cherry jam, it is sooo good. Parking is great. In conclusion you will feel Italy while enjoying your stay.

Shower had only big shower head on the ceeling. Not the small one also. Rooms are a bit outdated, furniture and in general. Loud ventilator in the toilet. Internet can be better.

We had a very nice stay! Our room was in the modern part of the building and nice equipped. Nothing to complain. We arrived way before check-in time but our room was already prepared. The hotel is in a quiet surrounding. But still, you are close to Venice (by bus or car), Padua, Vicenza or Treviso... We could sleep with open windows during night. AC is working well, too. The parking space is very big. The majority of guests come with their own or rental cars, but still enough space for everyone. The breakfast was good and we loved the big pool.

They do not provide pool towels. Remember to bring your own. Room service is for an additional fee (5 Euro), but there are no "please do not disturb" signs in the rooms and the light panel next to the door signalling that no disturbance is wanted does not work properly. So, we put a handwritten note on the door every time we left the hotel.
