Hotel Villa Patriarca

We had a very nice stay! Our room was in the modern part of the building and nice equipped. Nothing to complain. We arrived way before check-in time but our room was already prepared. The hotel is in a quiet surrounding. But still, you are close to Venice (by bus or car), Padua, Vicenza or Treviso... We could sleep with open windows during night. AC is working well, too. The parking space is very big. The majority of guests come with their own or rental cars, but still enough space for everyone. The breakfast was good and we loved the big pool.

They do not provide pool towels. Remember to bring your own. Room service is for an additional fee (5 Euro), but there are no "please do not disturb" signs in the rooms and the light panel next to the door signalling that no disturbance is wanted does not work properly. So, we put a handwritten note on the door every time we left the hotel.

drip coffee, not fresh, during breakfast - in my opinion in Italy it shouldn’t happen. There was an option to get a cappucino/espresso freshly from the bar - no information though, we just noticed someone did it the other day. Not a wide range of options for breakfast, if more days it would be boring. There was a party in front of the building (18 bday) and it was loud but finished at 11 pm. It doesn’t bother me but may bother older guests who came to rest

The villa architecture style... The swimming pool, although water was not very clean... the green surroundings... the staff were amazingly helpful n provided useful tips... The food quality....n Fair ratio of value vs money...

The non-existence of an elevator (I had to carry my large suitcase up the stairs to my room, despite the staff offer to help. The shower had no flexible hose needed to reach body sensitive areas. There was no paper tissue (kleenex)...in the bathroom. Cappucino in the morning was only offered when asked for...

The property was nice, the big back garden with the pool looked really good but we didn’t got the chance to use it ! The bus stop into Venice was across the road and it took only 40 minutes! Rooms are comfortable, clean and nice! The food in the restaurant was very nice!

Breakfast was basic! We had a bottom floor room, it had big glass doors and the outside wooden doors, when this 2 open, people walking by could see in so I had to keep them closed but then it was dark in the room!

very friendly and attentive staff from the reception,hospitality and even the chef. We had some problems with the room located in the old area but once I spoke with the receptionist,immediately our room was changed and the upgraded was free of charge. really impressed about the services.

breakfast, fresh orange juice is not free of charge. croissant was small and tasteless. bacon extremely burned and dry but when I asked to the chef for a good bacon,promptly cooked for me a good one. maybe was a unlucky day for me 😉

The hotel was clean, spacious and had a lot of space to roam around. I found the property looked even better in real life than the photos. The staff there were so lovely and helpful and were able to answer all the questions I had. It’s a straight bus journey to mainland Venice which takes about 40 mins, so if you want to stay somewhere within budget I do recommend this hotel but think twice if you don’t want the extra travel.

Small inconvenience but the air con in our room didn’t work.

This is a hidden gem! The design, comfort, food and direct bus to Venice every 20 minutes. I would highly recommend staying here where you can relax and then visit the busy and touristy cities during the day. Absolutely magical garden with a big and clean pool. Murano lamps and art to see in the hotel. newly renovated bathrooms that were very fresh. my own A/C in the room and Wi-Fi was good. breakfast was a small but very very nice buffet of hot and cold choices plus cakes.

The Villa Patriarca is remarkable for its calm and pleasant atmosphere, well-kept garden and nice swimming pool. The room has everything you need. It is close to the center and restaurants as well as the train station to Mira with easy and safe access to Venice. Тhe restaurant is also open for dinner, which is convenient for guests. The villa has a large and free parking lot, which is a problem in Italy. We had a very nice time.

I stayed a total of 6 nights. After the first 2 nights, the staff switched me to a much better room upstairs. Everything worked perfectly and the rest of my stay was great! The staff, especially, Patricia, was excellent! They were all very helpful, and I appreciate them very much.

I stayed 6 nights. The first 2 nights I was put in a room which was downstairs and away from others, and near the washing machines which were quite loud early in the morning. In the room, I had no wifi or phone services. It was like a dead zone. Also, the toilet only flushed twice a day. 🤷‍♀️

New structure that just opened. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions. The structure aas very clean. The pool was pleasant and perfect for the kids. Location was quite and close to the centre of Mirano, where you can find some good restaurants. On the street stops a bus with P.le Roma - Venice as final stop.

The parc, the garden and the pools area still need to undergo some finishing, but they just opened and they were on it. Mosquitos outside could be a burden.
